OPTICAL INFORMATION STORAGE MEDIUM
An optical information storage medium includes a substrate and a multilayer polymeric film. The multilayer polymeric film has a first surface and an opposite second surface that extend the length of the multilayer polymeric film. The second surface is adhered to a surface of the substrate. The multilayer polymeric film includes a plurality of coextruded alternating polymeric active data storage layers and polymeric buffer layers.

PROTECTIVE LAYER FOR PHOTOPOLYMER
The invention relates to a protective layer comprising a photopolymer layer B and and an at least partly cured protective layer C, to a process for producing the layer construction according to the invention, to a kit of parts, to the use of an at least partly cured protective layer C for protection of a photopolymer layer B and to optical displays and security documents comprising the layer construction according to the invention.
Dual image storage material as well as preparation method and application thereof
The disclosure belongs to the technical field of photopolymer materials, and more particularly relates to a dual image storage material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The dual image storage material is obtained by selective photoreaction of 1 to 50 parts by weight of an organic fluorescent material, 7 to 50 parts by weight of liquid crystal, 0.2 to 10 parts by weight of a photoinitiator and 33 to 67 parts by weight of photopolymerizable monomers. The obtained dual image storage material can present a high-brightness holographic pattern under sunlight and a fluorescent pattern under ultraviolet light in the same spatial position. The presented holographic and fluorescent patterns may be the same or different. The obtained dual image storage material can be used in the field of optical anti-counterfeiting, optical information storage, displays or the like.
Homopolymer encoded nucleic acid memory
Nucleic acid memory strands encoding digital data using a sequence of homopolymer tracts of repeated nucleotides provides a cheaper and faster alternative to conventional digital DNA storage techniques. The use of homopolymer tracts allows for lower fidelity, high throughput sequencing techniques such as nanopore sequencing to read data encoded in the memory strands. Specialized synthesis techniques allow for synthesis of long memory strands capable of encoding large volumes of data despite the reduced data density afforded by homopolymer tracts as compared to conventional single nucleotide sequences.
