COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS FOR INCREASING CELLULAR VITALITY AND LONGEVITY AND DECREASING MOLECULAR AGEING
Compositions and methods are presented that help reduce cellular ageing, improve cellular stress resilience, and/or promote increased longevity. Exemplary compositions include a combination of a purine alkaloid, an isothiocyanate or thioglucoside, a metal-containing antioxidant, and optionally an additional ingredient, where the purine alkaloid, the isothiocyanate or thioglucoside, and the metal-containing antioxidant may be chemically isolated compounds or extracts or other preparations from naturally occurring entities such as plants, bacteria, yeast, etc. Advantageously, contemplated compositions are effective to reduce and repair oxidative stress, improve mitochondrial function, augment DNA repair and telomere maintenance, increase fatty acid metabolism, and modulate histone deacetylation. More specifically, the contemplated compositions are capable of increasing cellular vitality by inducing expression of OCT4, SOX, and/or KLF4 and/or decreasing biomarkers of cell senescence.
INHALED STATINS AS BRONCHODILATORS TO IMPROVE LUNG FUNCTION IN RESPIRATORY DISEASES
present disclosure relates to methods for relaxing airway smooth muscle tissue, alleviating or preventing bronchospasm, and treating lung diseases by administering an HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor (statin) directly to lung tissue by inhalation. The disclosure also relates to formulations and compositions useful for the practice of methods of the disclosure.

REGENERATING FUNCTIONS AND PHENOTYPES OF CONNECTIVE TISSUE THROUGH NPAS2 SUPPRESSION
The present invention provides methods for improving or accelerating wound healing in a subject comprising administering to a wound of the subject in need thereof an agent that suppresses expression of a clock gene, wherein the clock gene is neuronal PAS domain protein 2 (Npas2). This invention also relates to methods for regenerating alveolar bone, regenerating connective tissue at a wound site, and for decreasing wound area size comprising administering to a bone loss site or a wound site, in particular, an open wound site, of a subject an agent that suppresses expression of Npas2.

CREATINE, ITS DERIVATIVES, COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS OF USE THEREOF
The application describes creatine or its derivatives, compositions comprising the same, and uses thereof for topical or systemic administration to treat pain, itch, or eczema, or inflammation associated with a cosmetic or medical condition, disorder or disease in a human subject, wherein the inflammation causes the pain, itch, or eczema. In addition, the application describes clinical use of these compounds and compositions which can reduce or eliminate erythema, edema and tissue distortions associated with inflammation.
Compositions and methods of use of phorbol esters
Methods and compositions containing a phorbol ester or a derivative of a phorbol ester are provided for the treatment of chronic and acute conditions. Such conditions may be caused by disease, be symptoms or sequelae of disease. Chronic and acute conditions may be due to viral infections such as HIV and AIDS, neoplastic diseases stroke, kidney disease, urinary incontinence, autoimmune disorders, Parkinson's disease, prostate hypertrophy, aging, or the treatment of such diseases. Additional compositions and methods are provided which employ a phorbol ester or derivative compound in combination with at least one additional agent to yield more effective treatment tools against acute and chronic conditions in mammalian subjects.
