Methods for the treatment of leptomeningeal disease in a pediatric patient. The leptomeningeal disease may be leptomeningeal, disseminated, and/or multicentric disease (LDM) and may be associated with one or more primary CNS tumors or one or more low-grade gliomas (LGGs).
