Module structure of liquid crystal display and manufacturing process of module structure
The present disclosure relates to a module structure of a liquid crystal display, the module structure includes a panel glass assembly, a backlight assembly and a display housing retaining wall; an accommodating space formed by the display housing retaining wall accommodates the panel glass assembly and the backlight assembly; the panel glass assembly includes a front glass sheet, a rear glass sheet and a sealant for sealing a liquid crystal accommodating space between the front glass sheet and the rear glass sheet. The module structure is characterized in that, a filling gap is provided between outer peripheral surfaces of the front glass sheet and the rear glass sheet of the panel glass assembly and an inner peripheral surface of the display housing retaining wall facing the outer peripheral surfaces; and a panel edge protective adhesive is filled in the filling gap. The present disclosure also relates to a manufacturing process of the module structure.
DISPLAY APPARATUS
A display apparatus includes: a housing, a display panel, a cover panel, a first adhesive, the housed member, the second adhesive, and a protrusion. The display panel is arranged in a position corresponding to an opening of the housing, and has a front surface and a back surface. The cover panel covers the front surface. The first adhesive glues the housing and the cover panel together. The housed member is located adjacent to the back surface of the display panel and is housed in the housing. The second adhesive glues a rim portion of the back surface of the display panel and the housed member together. The protrusion is located on a portion of one of the housed member and the display panel, and protrudes toward the other of the housed member and the display panel. The portion corresponds to a location of the second adhesive on the other.
SWITCHABLE FILM WITH EDGE SEAL
Smart windows, on which the level of visible light transmission can be electrically switched, are produced by laminating a special switchable film between the two layers of a glass laminate The film is made by sandwiching an emulsion containing the switchable variable light transmission active material between a set of electrodes. One of the challenges of producing said laminates is preventing the migration of plasticizers and moisture from the plastic bonding layer of the laminate into the emulsion where it can degrade performance. By applying a sealing member to each electrode layer along the periphery the emulsion is protected and in a manner that facilitates automation of the process.
Display apparatus
Improvement of quality and improvement of a design property is achieved. A display (2) that displays an image on a display surface (2a), a back chassis (3) disposed on a side, of the display (2), opposite to the display surface (2a), a sealing body (5) disposed between the display (2) and the back chassis (3), and an outer frame (6) that is provided as a resin portion (13) at least partly including a resin material, and covers the display (2) and the back chassis (3) from an outer periphery side are included. An inner peripheral surface of the resin portion (13) is brought into close contact with an outer peripheral surface of the display (2) and an outer peripheral surface of the back chassis (3).
DISPLAY DEVICE
According to one embodiment, a display device includes a liquid crystal display panel including a first substrate and a second substrate opposed to each other, a liquid crystal layer sandwiched between the first substrate and the second substrate, a first polarizer provided to be in contact with the first substrate, a second polarizer provided to be in contact with the second substrate, a cover glass, and a light-shielding layer covering a part of a bottom surface and an edge portion of the first substrate, an edge portion and a part of an upper surface of the second substrate, and an edge portion of the second polarizer; a frame; and a light-shielding cushion member provided between the frame and the liquid crystal display panel.
DISPLAY DEVICE
To improve the display quality of a display device, the display device includes a display section and a frame section surrounding a periphery of the display section. A substrate in the display device includes a conductor pattern constituting a circuit section and an insulating film serving as an organic film covering the conductor pattern. The insulating film extends to a peripheral edge of the substrate. A slit, which penetrates the insulating film in a thickness direction, is formed in a corner part of the insulating film. The slit is formed at a position not overlapping the circuit section.
Optical sheet tensioning device
Assemblies for enhancing the optical quality of electronic images displayed at an electronic display layer are provided. An optical component is located adjacent to the electronic display layer within a housing for the electronic display layer and the optical component. At least one shock-absorbing subassembly is attached to a location along the housing and to said optical component.
DISPLAY DEVICE INCLUDING AN ADHESIVE LAYER
A display device includes a display panel having a display area and a non-display area. A window is disposed on the display panel. A bezel portion is disposed on the window. The bezel portion at least partially overlaps the non-display area. An adhesive layer is disposed between the display panel and the window. An interlayer is disposed between the bezel portion and the adhesive layer. The interlayer has at least one ultrasound transmitting area overlapping the bezel portion.

A display device includes first and second substrates each including a short side and a long side, ground parts located on at least one of the short and long sides of each of the first and second substrates and including at least one first ground surfaces, which are perpendicular to opposing surfaces of the first and second substrates, and at least one second ground surfaces, which are provided at at least one edge of the second substrate to define an obtuse angle with reference to the first ground surfaces, and unevenness disposed on the first ground surfaces along a first direction, where the unevenness defines an acute angle with reference to a normal line to the opposing surfaces.
Display Device
The present disclosure relates to a display device, and more particularly, a display device comprises: a plurality of light sources; a resin layer disposed to cover the plurality of light sources; and a display panel disposed on the resin layer and including a display area and a non-display area, wherein the resin layer comprises: a first region configured to overlap the display area; and a second region configured to overlap the non-display area, and wherein a plurality of fine holes are provided in at least a part of the second region. Therefore, the decomposed materials, which are produced by the decomposition of the backlight unit and the components around the backlight unit in a high-temperature, high-humidity environment, may be discharged through the fine holes.
