Display module
A display module is provided, which encloses a display assembly by using a flexible cover, thereby sealing a first gap between a backlight housing and a support structure and a second gap between the support structure and a display panel. It can isolate external water vapor and dust from entering an interior of the display assembly, thereby improving the dustproof and waterproof capabilities of the display module, and further improving the reliability of the display module.
Organic light-emitting display panel and organic light-emitting display device
An organic light-emitting display panel having a display area and a non-display area surrounding the display area and includes a base substrate, an organic light-emitting layer, a pixel definition layer, and a microlens layer that are located in the display area is disclosed. The organic light-emitting layer is located at a side of the base substrate and includes light-emitting units. The pixel definition layer includes first openings, and each light-emitting unit is located in one of the first openings. The microlens layer is located at a side of the pixel definition layer facing away from the base substrate and includes at least one first microlens. An orthogonal projection of the first microlens on the base substrate is located between orthogonal projections of two adjacent first openings on the base substrate.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR UNIFORM TRANSMISSION IN LIQUID CRYSTAL PANELS
Various embodiments for configuring LC cells, LC panels, and methods of manufacturing LC panels are provided, comprising: assembling a plurality of LC panel component layers to form a curable stack, wherein the stack is configured with the LC cell, a first glass layer, a second glass layer, a first interlayer and a second interlayer, wherein each of the first interlayer and second interlayer are configured to be layers; curing the curable stack to form a liquid crystal panel; and wherein, via the first interlayer and the second interlayer, the LC panel is configured with a uniform transmission.
LIQUID CRYSTAL WINDOW BONDING AND SEALING
Described herein are liquid crystal (LC) assemblies that are dimmable and techniques for manufacturing LC assemblies. In one example, an LC assembly comprises: a first curved glass panel, a second curved glass panel, and a liquid crystal panel having a first outer surface and a second outer surface, a layer of a liquid adhesive attaching the first curved glass panel and the first outer surface of the liquid crystal panel, and a film adhesive attaching the second curved glass panel and the second outer surface of the liquid crystal panel.
Display apparatus including link line portion
A display apparatus includes a display area, a non-display area surrounding the display area, and a bending area formed in at least one side of the non-display area. The display apparatus includes a first glass substrate provided in the display area, a second glass substrate provided in the non-display area, an anti-etching member provided to overlap the bending area, and a link line portion formed on the anti-etching member and formed to overlap the non-display area.
COVER WINDOW AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF COVER WINDOW
A cover window includes a first member and a second member attached to the first member. A folding portion and a non-folding portion are defined in the cover window, the folding portion includes an inner surface which is compressed when the cover window is folded and an outer surface which is stretched when the cover window is folded, the first member is closer to the inner surface than the second member is, and the second member is closer to the outer surface than the first member is. The second member includes a plurality of support units in the folding portion and spaced apart from each other.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ULTRA-THIN GLASS, ULTRA-THIN GLASS, AND DISPLAY DEVICE INCLUDING THE ULTRA-THIN GLASS
Disclosed is a method for manufacturing ultra-thin glass. The method includes: patterning, on a mother glass substrate comprising a plurality of display cells and a dummy area surrounding the display cells, a cutting line having a shape corresponding to the display cells; forming a mother glass protective film on the mother glass substrate; forming a through-hole which corresponds to the cutting line by etching the mother glass substrate; and cutting bridges which are formed by the mother glass substrate and connect the through-holes.
Window panel, display device including the same, and manufacturing method thereof
A window panel for a display device includes a window substrate which includes a transmissive area which transmits an image displayed on a display panel and a non-transmissive area disposed at a periphery of the transmissive area, a first print layer disposed on a first side of the window substrate in the non-transmissive area, and which forms a boundary line between the transmissive area and the non-transmissive area, and a second print layer disposed on the first print layer in the non-transmissive area. The non-transmissive area includes a first non-transmissive area adjacent to the transmissive area and a second non-transmissive area adjacent to an edge of the window substrate, and side surfaces of the first and second print layers form an inclined surface which has an inclination angle that is smaller than a right angle with respect to the first side of the window substrate in the first non-transmissive area.
Display device and method for manufacturing display device
A display device includes a display unit having a display surface to display an image, a cover panel stacked on the display surface of the display unit, and a holding frame stacked on a back surface of the display unit. The display surface of the display unit and the cover panel are bonded to each other with an optical adhesive material. The holding frame and the display unit are bonded to each other with a variable thickness adhesive material a thickness of which is variable at least at a time of bonding the holding frame and the display unit.
