A display device may include the following elements: a substrate; a light blocking layer disposed on the substrate; a first insulating layer disposed on the light blocking layer; a transistor including a source or drain electrode having an extension that overlaps each of the first insulating layer and the light blocking layer; a second insulating layer disposed on the extension; and a pixel electrode disposed on the second insulating layer. The first insulating layer and the second insulating layer may include a contact hole that exposes a portion of the light blocking layer and exposes a portion of the extension. The pixel electrode may directly contact each of the portion of the extension and the portion of the light blocking layer.

According to one embodiment, a semiconductor device includes an insulating substrate, a first metal layer on the insulating substrate, a first insulating layer on the insulating substrate and the first metal layer, a semiconductor layer on the first insulating layer, a second insulating layer on the semiconductor layer and the first insulating layer, a second metal layer on the second insulating layer, and a first electrode and a second electrode which are electrically connected to the semiconductor layer. The first metal layer overlaps the second metal layer. A third metal layer contacts a top surface of the second metal layer and a top surface of the first metal layer.

A mask is provided in embodiments of the disclosure, at least including: a first light transmission area provided with a first optical filter film; and a second light transmission area provided with a second optical filter film; the first optical filter film and the second optical filter film comprise respective materials through which light of different frequency ranges is optically filtered, respectively. Touch display device

The application discloses a touch display device, including a liquid crystal display panel, a touch electrode, and a backlight module on a light incident side of the liquid crystal display panel. The backlight module includes a metal back plate. The touch display device further includes a shielding electrode on a side of the touch electrodes facing the backlight module, both the shielding electrode and the metal back plate are grounded. The touch electrode and the shielding electrode form a capacitor, and the product of a capacitance value of the capacitor and a resistance value of the shielding electrode is smaller than a pulse width of touch signals applied to the touch electrodes.

Pixel structure

A pixel structure includes a data line, a scan line, a common signal line, a first switching element, a second switching element, a first pixel electrode, and a second pixel electrode. The first switching element is electrically connected to the scan line and the data line. The second switching element is electrically connected to the scan line and the common signal line. The first pixel electrode is electrically connected to the first switching element. The second pixel electrode is electrically connected to the second switching element. The second pixel electrode surrounds the first pixel electrode.

According to one embodiment, a display device comprises image signal lines, scanning signal lines, pixels, a display area, pixel electrodes, and common electrodes. The common electrodes are configured to detect an object and to display an image in the display area. The common electrodes include first and second common electrodes which are arranged in a first direction. A first slit is provided between the first and second common electrodes. The first and second common electrodes are supplied a signal different from each other. A second slit is provided in the first common electrode. Each of the first slit and the second slit overlaps one of the image signal lines and extends in an extension direction in which the image signal line extends.
