WIG-MANAGEMENT TEMPLATE-SHIELD SYSTEM AND METHOD
A wig-management template-shield system and method that can be used from the initial measuring and fitting for a wig, as a template, through the wig making and the wig styling processes as both a template and a protective shield for the wig block or wig blocks, and through the use of the wig, including washings and re-stylings, as a protective shield for the wig block or wig blocks, made of a see-through flexible shrinkable barrier sheet material in hood form that is placed over the head of a person to be fitted for a wig in its expanded state as a hood, is shrunk to a shape-conforming envelope retaining the shape of the person's head and hair profile by hot air not causing injury to the person, and is then marked with the location of the person's hairline and other markings, creating a template to be sent to and used by a wig maker to make a proper fitting wig. During the making of the wig and during use of the wig, the template-shield protects wig blocks from damage and staining during dressing and cleaning of the wig.
Hair feeding device
In a hair feeding device configured to perform a feeding operation for pulling out flocking hairs one by one from a bundle of flocking hairs, the device includes: a head for capturing hair ends of the flocking hairs; a conveyance mechanism configured to convey the head; and a control device that controls an operation control of the feeding operation, in which the head includes a nozzle that suctions the hair ends of the flocking hairs, a gripping member that grips the flocking hair suctioned by the nozzle, and an actuator that gives a gripping pressure to the gripping member.
WIG APPARATUS INCLUDING VARIABLY POSITIONABLE PARTING AREA
A wig apparatus is provided that includes a variably positionable parting area. The wig apparatus comprises: a mesh cap comprising a front region, a rear region and a circumferential edge region, wherein the front region corresponds to the front of a user's head, the rear region corresponds to the rear of the user's head, and the circumferential edge region corresponds to a location adjacent to the user's hairline, when the wig apparatus is worn by the user; a first portion of artificial hair comprising multiple separate strands of artificial hair attached to an outer surface of the front region and an outer surface of the rear region; and a parting area disposed in the front region and configured to provide a natural appearing hair part.
Knotting system, knotting method, and method for producing wig using same
A hair knotting system comprises one or more hair knotting apparatuses, installed along the feed direction of the thread, for knotting hair on a thread. The hair knotting apparatus comprises: an insertion groove into which one or more strands of hair are inserted; a hair insertion member having a pull-out hole on the bottom surface of the insertion groove; a hair pull-out member for taking hold and pulling out the hair, which has been inserted in the insertion groove, through the pull-out hole so as to be positioned past the thread from below, and forming a knotting hole as the thread and hair connect; a hair knotting member penetrating the knotting hole from bottom to top to be positioned above the thread; and a hair winding member for taking hold of both ends of the hair pulled out from the hair insertion member, and winding both ends of the hair while rotating around the hair knotting member past the thread from above, wherein the hair knotting member knots the hair on the thread by pulling both ends of the wound hair downward through the knotting hole.
Process for creating transitory colored hair for hair extensions and wig hair
Transitory colored extension or wig hair have colors segregated in longitudinal strands of three horizontal sections. Top segment, attached to user's scalp has hair of a first solid color. A bottom segment composed of terminal ends of the hair strands have second solid color. A middle segment have hair strands of a mixture of the first and second solid color and form a transitory color. Transitory colored hair is formed by combining a hair group 1 and a hair group 2. Wherein hair group 1 of a certain length is color processed to a color A and hair group 2, approximately two-thirds the length of group 1 is color processed to color B. The transitory colored hair formed by combining the hair group 1+2 as a combination hair 1+2. The top one-third segment of combination 1+2 is color processing to a color C.
Artificial hair, artificial hair unit, artificial hair application method, and method of applying artificial hair unit
The present invention provides artificial hair, an artificial hair unit, a method of applying artificial hair, and a method of applying an artificial hair unit, in which a fiber bundle does not hang down under its own weight, rises up, and exhibits excellent appearance with extra volume at a root. Also provided is a configuration including a base material, a plurality of fiber bundles, and a fixing thread. In the configuration, the base material may have a first side extending in a first direction. Each of the plurality of fiber bundles includes a plurality of fiber parts and a connecting part, where the connecting part connects a first end side of each of the plurality of fiber parts and extends in a direction different from an extending direction of the plurality of fiber parts, and where the fixing thread attaches a vicinity of the connecting part to the base material.
WIG BASE, WIG, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING WIG BASE
In order to provide a wig base having little difference in height at boundaries between regions of different mesh density, thereby exhibiting superior comfort when worn, and capable of being easily manufactured at low cost, a wig obtained by implanting synthetic hair in the wig base, and a method of manufacturing the wig base, the present invention provides a wig base, comprising a base fabric, which is an etched fabric, having a dense mesh region formed of two or more kinds of fibers including a first fiber and a second fiber and a coarse mesh region in which the first fiber is removed as compared with the dense mesh region, wherein a single fiber fineness of the first fiber is 1 to 4 decitex and a single fiber fineness of the second fiber is 1 to 6 decitex, a wig and a method of manufacturing the wig base.
Artificial hair, head decoration product including same, and artificial hair production method
Provided is artificial hair including chemical fibers and a fiber treatment composition that is adhered to the surfaces of the chemical fibers. The fiber treatment composition may include an oxazoline group-containing acrylic resin and an organic-modified silicone oil. The oxazoline group-containing acrylic resin may have a main chain that includes a (meth)acrylic acid ester and styrene.
Wigs and Wig Elements and Related Methods
Wigs include a cloth member, having hairs attached thereto and shaped into a dome for receiving a user's head, and a polymer flexible member adhered to an underside of the cloth member using an adhesive which extends upwards through the cloth member to a topside of the cloth member to form a realistic scalp-like appearance at the topside of the cloth member and to more securely secure the hairs of the wig. Methods of wig modification include adhering a flexible polymer member to an underside of a cloth member of a wig with a flesh-toned adhesive which extends upwards through the cloth member and covers a portion of the topside of the cloth member.
