Process For Creating Transitory Colored Hair for Hair Extensions and Wig Hair
Transitory colored extension or wig hair have colors segregated in longitudinal strands of three horizontal sections. Top segment, attached to user's scalp has hair of a first solid color. A bottom segment composed of terminal ends of the hair strands have second solid color. A middle segment have hair strands of a mixture of the first and second solid color and form a transitory color. Transitory colored hair is formed by combining a hair group 1 and a hair group 2. Wherein hair group 1 of a certain length is color processed to a color A and hair group 2, approximately two-thirds the length of group 1 is color processed to color B. The transitory colored hair formed by combining the hair group 1+2 as a combination hair 1+2. The top one-third segment of combination 1+2 is color processing to a color C.
Wig Base for Mitigating Distortions adverse to a Hairline Part
A wig base for mitigating distortions adverse to formation of a natural-appearing hairline part is presented. The wig base includes net material, cutout regions, primary clips, and optional secondary clip(s). The net material has exterior and interior surfaces and further forms an anterior portion, a peak, and a bottom opening adapted to fit a human head. The cutout regions are disposed along the net material adjacent to a forehead when placed onto the human head. Each cutout region is defined by net material enclosed by a lower fabric strip and an upper fabric strip. The net material is destructively removable from within the cutout region without damage to other portions of the net material. The natural hairline is formed along the cutout region after removal of the net material. Primary clips are separately attached to the net material along the interior surface adjacent to a leftmost side and a rightmost side about the cutout regions. Each secondary clip is attached to net material between two adjoining cutout regions.
Process for creating transitory colored hair for hair extensions and wig hair
A process for creating transitory colored hair that is composed of two different colored hair groups having different length hairs in each hair group, and the hair groups are combined then the top one-third () combined hair is dyed or color processed. First, hair group 1 is obtained consisting of hair strands 12 inches to 24 inches in length and color processed to color A. Next, hair group 2 is obtained consisting of hair strands approximately two-thirds the length of hair group 1, which is color processed to color B. Hair group 1 and hair group 2 are combined into one hair piece. Then, the top one-third segment of combined hair is color processed to color B. Optionally, the top one-third segment of the combined hair groups can be color processed to color C.
WIG MANUFACTURING APPARATUS AND METHOD, AND WIG MANUFACTURED USING THE SAME
Provided is a wig manufacturing method. The wig manufacturing method includes dividing a planting net, into which a wig fiber is planted, into a plurality of areas to be designed in a certain pattern, by using a computer device, inputting a planting process using a plurality of needles of a wig manufacturing apparatus according to a pattern shape of each divided net, manufacturing, by the wig manufacturing apparatus, a divided fabric by planting the wig fiber into each divided net according to the input planting process, and cutting and sewing each manufactured divided fabric.
WIG AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHODS
A wig includes a basic member and a plurality of hair strings, the roots of the hair strings being connected to basic member with one or more connecting strings. The roots of the hair strings are the aggregation of the same position of several hairs. The manufacturing technique of this kind of wig includes preparing the basic member and the plurality of hair strings; and then attaching the roots of the hair strings to the basic member.
WIG SHEATH WITH DETACHABLE CLIP
The present invention belongs to the field of wigs and discloses a wig sheath with a detachable clip, including a woven net surface. A handwoven net surface is connected to the front end of the woven net surface. An elastic band is provided at the bottom of the woven net surface. A detachable hairpin group is provided on the elastic band. A pair of auricle notches are also provided at the bottom end of the elastic band. A part of the handwoven net surface corresponding to the elastic band has a length of 9 inches. The handwoven net surface is sleeved at the front end of a user's head. The woven net surface is provided at the back end of the user's head. The user can arbitrarily choose whether or not to use a hairpin according to his or her own use scenario and use habits.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR WIG MANUFACTURE
A system for the manufacture of a wig, the system including a frame having a rotating arm spanning in a first direction, a head form coupled to the rotating arm, the head form having an convex arcuate surface, a shuttle slidingly coupled to the frame, the shuttle having an arcuate edge, a plurality of funnels disposed about the arcuate edge of the shuttle, the funnels having an opening disposed therethrough, the plurality of funnels configured to contact the head form, a plurality of cartridges coupled to the plurality of funnels, an injector needle coupled to an injector arm, the injector arm configured to position the injector needle perpendicularly over the convex arcuate portion of the head form.
Skin weft and method for manufacturing the same
A skin weft with artificial hair attached thereto to provide various styling options or ample volumetric feeling. The skin weft comprises a stitched portion formed by stitching on a side edge of artificial hair composed of human hair or resin hair, a resin tape welded to a surface of the stitched portion, and a bonding component attached to a surface of the resin tape. The method for manufacturing the skin weft comprises the steps of forming a stitched portion by stitching one side edge of human hair or resin hair arranged and conveyed in the form of a sheet, and supplying a resin tape onto a surface of the stitched portion to form a bonding portion. Automatic mass production is achieved, thereby improving productivity and significantly reducing manufacturing costs. Additional means are unnecessary in the manufacturing process, thereby enabling an unskilled person to perform the task.
