A VALVE DEVICE
A valve device including a first wall configured to be received by a valve housing; a second wall located in an inboard direction of the first wall; and a connecting member connecting the first wall to the second wall, wherein at least the second wall has an aperture therethrough in the inboard direction.
Electric tankless water heater
A tankless water heater system including a tankless water heater assembly and a mixing valve assembly enclosed within a system housing. The mixing valve assembly is formed by a one piece mixing valve housing that defines an unheated water path proceeding to the heater assembly and a heated water path proceeding from a hot water inlet passageway to a mixed water outlet passageway. Water flow through the mixed water passageway is controlled by mixing valve that includes a shuttle operably coupled to a thermostatic motor.
Thermostatic cartridge, and mixer tap comprising such a thermostatic cartridge
A thermostatic cartridge includes: a casing at least partially within and locked translationally along an axis a cartridge body that delimits a chamber, a hot and cold fluid inlet passages and a mixed fluid outlet passage; a slide valve regulating the temperature of the mixed fluid displaceable along the axis to close, in inverse proportions, the inlet passages; a thermostatic element; and a mechanism for adjusting a thermostatic regulation temperature mechanically and displaceably connected to the body and to secure the position of the piston of the element along the axis and to alter the piston position by actuating the adjustment mechanism to move relative to the body. To control the regulation temperature, the casing is rotationally mounted on the body such that the adjustment mechanism is actuated when the casing is between positions-corresponding to extreme low and high temperature values.
Thermostatic mixing valve having a cold water outlet
A thermostatic mixing valve includes a first cold water inlet, a first cold water outlet, a second hot water inlet, a second mixed cold/hot water outlet, a thermostatic member and a shutter operated by the thermostatic member to ensure that the mixed water is kept at a predetermined temperature. A hollow insert is provided along the first cold water inlet and includes longitudinal fins on the outer wall thereof to obtain two separate coaxial passages, for sending the cold water both directly to the first cold water outlet and to the area for mixing it with the hot water through the shutter to supply the mixed water to the second hot water outlet.
Thermostat mixing valve
Thermostatic mixing valve for sanitary fittings, with a top piece, in which a cone is disposed to be axially movable via a rotatably mounted spindle, and a passage sleeve with windows for the supply of hot and cold water, in which a carriage preloaded via a spring and joined to a thermoelement provided with a control piston is axially movable, wherein the supply of hot and cold water through the windows can be regulated in dependence on the movement of the carriage, wherein the cone (5) comprises a bushing (51), which at its underside turned away from the spindle (2) is closed via a bottom and in which a conical piston (53) is disposed to be axially movable and is preloaded via a spring (54) in the direction of the bottom, wherein a coupling duct is disposed in the bottom in axially aligned manner with the conical piston (53) and which at the same time is axially aligned with the control piston (81) of the thermoelement, and into which the conical piston (53) and/or the control piston (81) of the thermoelement (8) can be moved, and wherein, in an upper position of the carriage (7) (hot-water position), the control piston (81) bears on the conical piston (53) and the bottom is spaced apart from the carriage (7) and, in a lower position of the carriage (7) (cold-water position), the control piston (81) is spaced apart from the conical piston (53) and the bottom rests on the carriage (7).
Cartridge temperature limit control mechanism
An adjustment and temperature limit assembly for a mixing cartridge includes a first piece and a second piece selectively moveable relative to the first piece. The first piece is configured to be attached to a mixing cartridge housing and includes an abutment defining a maximum temperature limit for water exiting the mixing cartridge. The second piece is configured for attachment to a rotating stem extending outwardly of the housing. The second piece is selectively movable relative to the first piece between a plurality of temperature limits that are less than or equal to the maximum temperature limit. A fixing element is configured to be selectively attached to at least one of the first and second pieces to fix an operating temperature at one of the plurality of temperature limits or to set a reduced maximum temperature limit that is less than the maximum temperature limit.
Thermostatic mixing valve with disinfecting facility
A thermostatic mixing valve including: a first fluid inlet; a second fluid inlet; an outlet; a thermostatic element connected to a return spring and a piston such that movement of the thermostatic element assists with moving the piston, movement of the piston controlling fluid flow from the first fluid inlet and the second fluid inlet to the outlet; a housing containing an overtravel spring, the overtravel spring configured to resist a force applied by the thermostatic element during movement thereof; and a plunger extending into the housing, the plunger configured to engage the overtravel spring, wherein rotating the plunger adjusts the resistance applied onto the thermostatic element from the overtravel spring.
