TEMPERATURE-CONTROLLING VALVE ASSEMBLY
A temperature-controlling valve assembly is provided, including: an adjusting member, configured to be screwed within a base of a controlling valve, an end of the adjusting member including a controlling portion, another end of the adjusting member including a receiving hole; an abutting member, slidably disposed in the receiving hole; a first elastic member, abutted between a bottom of the receiving hole and the abutting member to bias the abutting member toward a direction away from the controlling portion; and a blocking member, disposed in the receiving hole, a projection radially projecting inwardly around a periphery of the receiving hole, the blocking member being axially blocked by the projection so that the blocking member is non-disengageable from the receiving hole and the abutting member is blocked by the blocking member and non-disengageable from the receiving hole.
THERMOSTATIC MIXING VALVE WITH DISINFECTING FACILITY
A thermostatic mixing valve including: a first fluid inlet; a second fluid inlet; an outlet; a thermostatic element connected to a return spring and a piston such that movement of the thermostatic element assists with moving the piston, movement of the piston controlling fluid flow from the first fluid inlet and the second fluid inlet to the outlet; a housing containing an overtravel spring, the overtravel spring configured to resist a force applied by the thermostatic element during movement thereof; and a plunger extending into the housing, the plunger configured to engage the overtravel spring, wherein rotating the plunger adjusts the resistance applied onto the thermostatic element from the overtravel spring.
FAUCET CARTRIDGE
The faucet of cartridge has an expandable temperature regulating rod in the main body. The temperature of water is regulated by changing the ratio of cold water and hot water by the movement of the temperature regulating rod. The water can be switched on or off by rotating the main body with respect to the seat. The main body includes an outer body, an inner body, and an anti-leaking element. The anti-leaking element is sandwiched between the outer body and the inner body to partition the space therebetween into two channels for cold and hot water to flow into the inner body.
Device for a valve system and use thereof
Device for a valve system, comprising: a housing with a seat for being coupled to a base and exchanging water streams when the housing is in a first coupling position, the seat comprising a first seat opening fluidly connecting to a first base opening when the housing is in the first coupling position; an adjuster which is contained inside the housing for adjusting the flow rate of one of the water streams; and a controller for controlling the adjuster. To avoid any complications in the event of an error while making the system more versatile, the seat comprises a breakable portion which can be broken off from the seat to enable it to be coupled in a second coupling position, the first seat opening subsequently fluidly connecting to a second base opening.
Thermostatic mixer valve
A mixer valve for sanitary fixtures is provided. The mixer valve includes a pressure regulator, a piston, a thermostatic element, and a flow diverter. The pressure regulator is operable to regulate hot water flow from a hot water inflow opening and cold water flow from a cold water inflow opening to a mixing chamber. The piston is operable to regulate a temperature of mixed water flow resulting from mixing of the hot water flow and the cold water flow in the mixing chamber. The thermostatic element is operable to move the piston in response to changes in the temperature of the mixed water flow. The flow diverter is operable to divert the mixed water flow from the mixed water outflow opening to multiple connected users. The pressure regulator is fluidically upstream of the piston and the thermostatic element. The piston and the thermostatic element are fluidically upstream of the flow diverter. The flow diverter is located inward of the pressure regulator in the mixer valve or between: (1) the pressure regulator and (2) the piston and the thermostatic element.
Thermostatic mixing valve
Embodiment thermostatic valves are protected against damage to the wax motor from the leakage of hot water into the valve when the hot water inlet is closed. Embodiments include an improved temperature motive means with fewer parts than conventional valves and with an improved sealing relation between the wax motor/shuttle and the water ports.
FUEL RECIRCULATION METHOD AND VALVE
Fuel recirculation methods, fuel supply circuits and fuel recirculation valves for selectively mixing hot return fuel from a diesel engine with fuel from a tank before providing it to back to the engine. In exemplary disclosed embodiments of fuel recirculation valves, the valves are configured to selectively mix the fuel in a controlled manner using a temperature sensitive actuator within the valve such that, when the temperature of the fuel reaches a certain point, the valve restricts flow pathways to reduce heated fuel being mixed with fuel from the fuel tank, and eventually closes to prevent any heated fuel from being mixed and overheating the fuel provided to a fuel filter, a fuel pump and the engine. Disclosed fuel circulation valves are separate from the fuel filter and are placed upstream of the filter.
Thermostatic device
A thermostatic device includes: a housing and a regulator, the one moving in translation with respect to the other in order to regulate the rate of water flow; a thermoactuator comprising a primary part and a secondary part moving in translation depending on the temperature, the primary part and the regulator being translationally fixed; a slide, that can move in translation with respect to the housing and is rotationally fixed with respect to the housing; and an overtravel spring applying a primary return force on the slide. In order to absorb an overtravel of the thermoactuator while improving compactness and the ease of manufacture, the overtravel spring bears against the housing and the thermostatic device comprises a rotary drive part in helical connection with the slide and being fixed in translation with respect to the secondary part.
Water heater appliance
A water heater appliance with a mixing valve positioned within a casing of the water heater appliance is provided. The mixing valve is fluidly coupled to a heated water conduit and a bypass conduit of the water heater appliance. An actuator assembly is configured for selectively adjusting a mixing ratio of the mixing valve. The actuator assembly includes a knob positioned at an outer surface of the casing.
Temperature-controlling valve assembly
