METHODS FOR REDUCTION OF BITTERNESS IN CANNABINOIDS USING MYCELIAL MATERIALS
Provided is a composition for oral administration, which can include a combination of an extracellular portion from a mycelial aqueous culture comprising a filamentous fungus, and at least one of a cannabis oil or a cannabinoid and optionally, a material comprising a surfactant or an oil, and wherein the composition has a reduced undesirable taste compared with the same composition lacking the extracellular portion. Also provided is a method for reducing undesirable tastes in a composition comprising a cannabinoid or cannabis oil for oral administration, which include adding an extracellular portion from a mycelial aqueous culture comprising a filamentous fungus to the cannabinoid-containing or cannabis oil-containing product for oral administration in an amount sufficient to reduce at least one undesirable taste in the composition.

Sporoderm-removed Ganoderma lucidum spore powder, granule and preparation method thereof
The present invention discloses sporoderm-removed Ganoderma lucidum spore powder, granule and a preparation method thereof. The sporoderm-removed Ganoderma lucidum spore powder and granule is obtained from sporoderm-disrupted Ganoderma lucidum spore powder through extraction, centrifugation, sporoderm removal, concentration, drying, and pulverization; and in the sporoderm-removed Ganoderma lucidum spore powder and granule, the content of polysaccharides is 10-20 g/100 g, and the content of total triterpenes is 4-10 g/100 g. The present invention has beneficial effects of enhancing immunity and having an auxiliary protection function against radiation hazards. The content of active components is increased by processing the sporoderm-disrupted Ganoderma lucidum spore powder through a special process, such that the human body can more effectively absorb the nutritional components contained in the Ganoderma lucidum spores, and thus the Ganoderma lucidum spore powder gives play to its efficacy better while it is convenient to carry and take the Ganoderma lucidum spore powder.

GANODERMA LUCIDUM FERMENTED BEVERAGE PRODUCT AND METHOD FOR MAKING THE SAME
A method for manufacturing a Ganoderma Lucidum fermented beverage product (GLfb) is provided. It has found that ganoderma lucidum contains high quantity of natural Pyrroloquinoline Quinone (PQQ). Free radicals generated by ischemic or hypoxic conditions have been found to be a significant cause of myocardial damage leading to myocardial death. PQQ has been reported to act as a free radical scavenger. In particular, PQQ has been reported to be effective in neutralizing superoxide and hydroxyl radicals.
