The letter-size setting section can differently set letter sizes of the letter string. When a line feed operation is performed at a head or end of an n-th line through the edit screen, a letter size of the n-th line preset in accordance with a user's designation, the letter-size setting section sets a letter size of one of the n-th line and an (n+1)-th line after the line feed operation so that a length of letter string over the plurality of lines is equal to or shorter than a length of the printable area.

An information processing apparatus includes a processor configured to acquire first information that is information on an apparatus associated with one selection element selectable by a user, and second information that is information on the apparatus associated with another selection element selectable by a user; display the first information, in a case where the one selection element is selected, and display the second information instead of the first information, in a case where the other selection element is selected, on a display unit that displays the one selection element and the other selection element; and display the second information associated with the first information, without performing an operation of selecting the other selection element, in a case where the first information is displayed on the display unit.

A control device includes a memory configured to store variable data including a plurality of page images each including a variable region where an image is variable for each page and a non-variable region including the same image irrespective of the page and a display processing section configured to cause a display device to display a printing preview screen for the variable data. The display processing section causes the display device to display the printing preview screen that displays one or a plurality of row images in which the plurality of page images are arranged in a row in a first direction corresponding to the width direction of a printing medium.

An information processing apparatus that communicates with an image processing apparatus and provides a chat service includes a communication unit that receives image data generated by the image processing apparatus reading an image on a document, an acquisition unit that acquires information for identifying a storage location where the received image data is to be stored, a storage unit that stores the received image data in the storage location based on the acquired information, and a control unit that controls the acquired information to be displayed in a talk room of the chat service.

An image forming apparatus includes an image forming section, sheet type list storage, an authentication section, a display controller, and a display section. The image forming section forms a data image on a sheet. The sheet type list storage stores user sheet type lists therein on a user-by-user basis. The user sheet type lists each include one or more sheet types extracted from among sheet types included in a sheet type list. The sheet types are sheet types that the image forming section is capable of coping with. An authentication section authenticates a user. The display controller generates a sheet type selection screen based on a user sheet type list corresponding to the user authenticated by the authentication section among the user sheet type lists stored in the sheet type list storage. The display section displays the sheet type selection screen generated by the display controller.

An information processing apparatus displays a setting screen for performing setting for a plurality of setting items for generating a product. The information processing apparatus determines whether a setting item of the plurality of setting items is selected in the setting screen. In a case where the setting item is determined to be selected in the setting screen, an image related to the selected setting item is displayed. In a case where the setting item is determined to be not selected in the setting screen, an image related to the setting item is not displayed.

A system for performing an operation of skipping scanning in a multi-function printer (MFP) includes one or more processors and a memory, wherein the memory stores processor-executable instructions, which, on execution, causes the processor to receive job settings for scanning a first set of documents placed in the MFP, suspend a first job for documents after scanning the first set of documents and upon detecting unavailability of a second set of documents, receive activation, by a user, of the operation of skipping scanning and storing the scanned raw data of the first set of documents with a unique identification in the MFP's database. Subsequently, selection of a first job that skipped scanning is determined from jobs that skipped scanning displayed on a display interface of the MFP and scanning of the second set of documents is performed based on the stored job settings for completing the first job.

An information processing apparatus includes a display, a storage, and a controller. The controller displays either an execution screen that accepts an execution command of a job or a simple execution screen whose displayed contents are simplified from those of the execution screen, on the display. The storage stores history information related to the job which was instructed to be executed through either the execution screen or the simple execution screen. A printing system controls a printing member to perform printing based on a print job for which a charged fee is already settled. The printing system receives a first instruction to suspend the printing started by the printing member and suspends the printing started by the printing member in response to reception of the first instruction. The printing system receives a second instruction as to a post suspending process to be executed after the printing is suspended. The printing system performs one of a post fee-settlement process and a restart process, as the post suspending process. The post fee-settlement process is related to provision of a benefit corresponding to refunding at least part of the charged fee. The restart process is to restart the suspended printing to complete the print job after a reason that the first instruction is made is resolved.

A set of computer-readable instructions, when executed by a computer in an information processing device, causes the information processing device to perform: a setting process; and in response to receiving a print instruction in which a cut print setting is set: a generation process; and a transmission process. The setting process sets the cut print setting for printing an image on a sheet and dividing the printed sheet at a center position thereof in a prescribed direction. The generation process acquires first and second page data representing respective ones of first and second target images to generate layout image data representing a layout image in which first and second images corresponding to respective ones of the first and second target images are arranged adjacent to each other in the prescribed direction. The transmission process transmits print data based on the layout image data and a cut command to a printer.
