A set of program instructions causes the server device to perform: in response to receiving the print data from the client device, storing the print data in the folder corresponding to the user identified by the identification information associated with the print data. A printer is configured to perform: receiving an input of the identification information; identifying the folder corresponding to the user identified by the identification information; acquiring the print data stored in the folder; and printing an image based on the print data.

Systems and methods relate generally to driverless printing. In a method, time expired files are hidden in a hot folder. The hot folder is configured to push a print job entry for the driverless printing for the time expired files. The hiding includes: renaming a first data file name to a second data file name; marking the second data file name as processing in association with operation of the hot folder; mapping a relationship between the first data file name and the second data file name; renaming a first reference file name to a second reference file name; marking the second reference file name as processing in association with operation of the hot folder; and mapping a relationship between the first reference file name and the second reference file name. The print job entry is created for the print job and is pushed for the time expired files.

A print setting corresponding to a folder referable by an external apparatus is stored in an image formation apparatus, storage of a file in the folder is detected, the detected file is moved to a storage area in the image formation apparatus, and a print job is generated based on the moved file and information about the print setting corresponding to the detected folder.

An information processing apparatus includes at least one processor. The processor is configured to create, under a first folder associated with a cloud system used by the information processing apparatus, a second folder set to perform operations provided by the cloud system, and is configured to perform control to perform the operations provided by the cloud system set in the second folder if a document is registered in the second folder.

A printing system in which a client device utilizing a web browser and a printer, that provides a share folder, are communicably connected, displays a screen on which a print file can be specified by a drop operation on the web browser, transmits the specified print file and share-folder specification information from the client device to the printer, and prints the print file using print settings linked to the share folder.
