Automatic tuning of thresholds and weights for pair analysis in a master data management system

An approach for tuning a data management system is provided. A processor retrieves one or more samples pairs of record data. A processor determines an error rate regarding the performance of a matching operation of a data management system based on the one or more sample pairs. In response to the error rate being above a value, a processor adjusts at least one threshold value associated with the matching operation of the data management system.

Hybrid data storage and load system with ROWID lookup

System, method, and various embodiments for providing a hybrid data storage and load system are described herein. An embodiment operates by receiving a lookup request comprising a row identifier (ROWID) corresponding to a row of a table of a database. Which of a first set of pages corresponds to a sorted position of the ROWID is identified. The identified page of the first set of pages is loaded from the disk storage to the memory storage. A sorted row position of the ROWID is identified from a memory block of the loaded page from the first set of pages. One of a second set of pages that includes the sorted row position is identified. The identified one of the second set of pages is loaded from the disk storage into memory. The loaded identified one of the second set of pages is searched for the unsorted position of the ROWID.

A search request may define a minimum value and a maximum value for a numerical parameter of the search. A plurality of binary searches may identify a minimum entry and a maximum entry, each binary search comprising selecting a single entry and using at least one analytical model to generate a score for the single entry, wherein the score of the minimum entry corresponds with the minimum value and the score of the maximum entry corresponds with the maximum value. The at least one analytical model may be used to generate a score for each of a set of entries between the minimum entry and the maximum entry while ignoring entries outside of the set of entries between the minimum entry and the maximum entry. Entries responsive to the request may be identified within the scored set of entries.

Systems and methods for universal reference source creation and accurate secure matching

The present disclosure is directed to systems and methods for reference source matching. Specifically, the systems and methods disclosed enable matching among tokens using a reference source. In one example, a Consolidation Platform may receive tokens from a customer environment and tokens from a reference source environment. The customer tokens may be compared to each other using AB matching. If a match does not occur, the customer tokens may further be compared to the reference source tokens via transitive matching. If a match does occur, then the customer tokens may be denoted as a match. In further example aspects, the reference source may be a universal reference token repository that comprises unique tokens. If, after a match is indicated, the matched token(s) may be compared to the universal reference token repository. If the matched token(s) does not exist, it may be added to the repository for future use.

Computing company competitor pairs by rule based inference combined with empirical validation

Methods and systems for enriching an information system containing information about companies with additional competitor information. The information system, which could be a database, a knowledge base, or a knowledge graph, is assumed to contain information about a plurality of single companies, the information comprising data such as industry codes, competitors, and possibly also keywords for each company. The disclosed methods determine new competitor pairs by combining (i) the generation of new competitor candidate pairs by inference from existing competitors and other company-specific knowledge with (ii) the validation of such competitor candidates pairs by checking for joint occurrence in documents of a document repository.

One example method includes displaying, by a mobile terminal, an interface of a first application program. The mobile terminal can then detect a first operation performed by a user on a piece of content on the interface. The mobile terminal can then determine, in response to the first operation, selected content. The mobile terminal can then display a menu including a plurality of options associated with the selected content. The mobile terminal can then detect one or more second operations performed by the user on the menu displayed by the mobile terminal. The mobile terminal can then display, in response to the one or more second operations, an address book associated with a second application program. The mobile terminal can then detect one or more third operations that are performed by the user on the address book and that are used to determine one or more target objects.

The subject technology receives by a database system, raw input data from a source table provided by an external environment, the source table comprising multiple rows and multiple columns, the raw input data comprising values in a first format, the values comprising input features corresponding to datasets included in the raw input data for machine learning models, the external environment comprising an external system from the database system and is accessed by different users. The subject technology generates cell data for a second table based on the values from the source table. The subject technology performs a database operation to generate the second table including table metadata, column metadata, and the generated cell data.

LINKING INDIVIDUAL DATASETS TO A DATABASE

The disclosed system links an individual dataset to a database. The system receives a target individual dataset associated with a target individual and identifies candidate individual datasets that are potentially related to the target individual dataset. The system identifies a related individual dataset that has data bits that match some data bits in the target individual dataset. The system then identifies a parent node that is a common parent node to both the target individual dataset and the related individual dataset. The system retrieves a data tree that the parent node belongs to with the data tree containing information describing inter-relationships among datasets in the data tree. A node in the data tree is identified to assign the target individual dataset based on strings of matched data bits and number of the matched strings between the target individual dataset and the datasets in the data tree.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR AN APPLICATION PROGRAMMING INTERFACE BASED ACCOUNT CAPABILITIES FRAMEWORK

A method and apparatus for managing capabilities of an account of a user system at a commerce platform are described. The method may include receiving, at the commerce platform, a request from a user system that identifies an account at the commerce platform and includes a capability requested for the account, where the requested capability corresponds to a desired functionality of the account. The method may also include mapping the requested capability to a compliance plan that defines a set of account data to be collected before activation of the capability for the account by the commerce platform. Furthermore, the method may include transmitting a message, generated by the commerce platform, that comprises a listing of additional data to be provided by the user system before activation of the capability for the account, where the additional data comprises a minimal set of account data defined by the compliance plan less any data already associated with the account at the commerce platform. The method may also include, in response to receiving, by the commerce platform, at least one response from the user system that includes the additional data, activating the capability for the account.

System and method for performing a failure assessment of an integrated circuit

A system for performing a failure assessment of an IC may comprise a hardware subsystem and a control subsystem to control operations performed by the hardware subsystem. The hardware system may change a duration of cycles of a clocking signal on the IC, and stop the clocking signal at a selected clock cycle. The operations may comprise changing the duration of selected clock cycles across a block of clock cycles, and performing a binary search across the block of clock cycles, such that the selected clock cycles are temporally placed at selected different locations within the block of clock cycles. At each iteration of the binary search, the system determines when a failure occurs. When the binary search indicates a single clock cycle causing a failure, the system stops clocking transitions at the single clock cycle, and the system extracts data from one or more circuit components of the IC.
