[Problem] To provide an information processing system, an information processing method, and a program capable of suitably tracking a moving object even when there is variation in the speed of the moving object to be tracked. [Solution] Provided are: a video acquisition unit (201) for accepting input of a video taken by a plurality of photographing devices; a reference object selection unit (207) for selecting, from among moving objects seen in the video taken by a first photographing device among the plurality of photographing devices, another moving object different from the moving object to be tracked and seen in the video taken by the first photographing device; and a target object appearance prediction unit (213) for predicting, based on whether the other moving object appeared in the video taken by a second photographing device among the plurality of photographing devices, a time of day at which the moving object to be tracked will appear.

System of monitoring vehicles in a parking arena

A system for monitoring movement of vehicles in an arena. Imaging devices are positioned to capture images of vehicles present in the arena. Each path in which a vehicle can travel in the arena has an associated sequence of imaging devices I.sub.1, . . . I.sub.m-1, I.sub.m, . . . I.sub.n, such that a vehicle traveling along the path appears sequentially in the field of view of imaging devices I.sub.1, . . . I.sub.m-1, I.sub.m, . . . I.sub.n. For at least one path among the paths in the arena, there is no overlap in the fields of view of at least one pair of two consecutive imaging devices in the sequence of imaging devices associated with the path. A processor executes image analysis software and recursively identifies a vehicle in images obtained by the imaging devices in the sequence.

INTEGRATIVE SECURITY SYSTEM AND METHOD
20230132171 · 2023-04-27 ·

A method for monitoring and securing a facility without employing a manned control center, according to which a server acquires surveillance data from each of a plurality of distributed surveillance devices deployed within or adjacent to a given security sensitive facility. Then the server receives an intrusion alert from a guard, or from one or more of the plurality of surveillance devices to initiate a triggering event, if the acquired surveillance data is indicative of activity that has been detected at an indicated location. A first guard is alerted and presented with a full situational awareness image to assess the severity of the detected activity and the triggering event is terminated if found by the first guard to be of a low severity, or an interception operation initiated by self-dispatching or dispatching one or more additional guards to a close by location that holds tactical advantage relative to the indicated location if the triggering event was found by the first guard to be of a high severity.

A surveillance system may comprise one or more computing devices and a plurality of robotic surveillance devices. The one or more computing devices may be configured to obtain video data captured by one or more cameras. The one or more computing devices may analyze the video data to identify two or more conditions, and associate results of the identification with respect to the two or more conditions to determine an activity category. The one or more computing device may assign tasks to the plurality of robotic surveillance devices based on the determined activity category. The plurality of robotic surveillance devices may be configured to perform responding actions in response to receiving the tasks.

CAMERA OPERATING SYSTEM AND METHOD

A camera includes an always on circuit including a motion or other sensor and/or communications module that are always provided with electrical power, and a sleep circuit including an imaging module configured to activate and provide power to components of the sleep circuit only intermittently and based on a signal from the always on circuit. The communications module can send a notification that the motion sensor has detected motion before or during a start up time period when the imaging module is not ready to capture image data. The communications module can receive a signal while components of the sleep circuit are in a low power mode indicating that a user has activated an application via which the user can request image data from the imaging module, and in response the imaging module can be activated to be in an operational state.
