EYELASH EXTENSION METHOD AND EYELASH APPLICATION KIT
A method for a cosmetologist to apply eyelash extensions onto natural eyelashes a person may include visually identifying a target eyelash through a magnifying glass. The target eyelash may be a natural eyelash of the person having multiple rows of natural eyelashes. The method may include gripping an eyelash extension with an eyelash manipulation tool, and attaching a top surface of the eyelash extension onto a bottom surface of the target eyelash using the eyelash manipulation tool. An eyelash application kit may be used during implementation of the method. The eyelash application kit may include an eyelash isolation tool including a ring and a prong mechanically coupled with and extending from the ring. The eyelash application kit may also include a magnifying tool including a head fitting and a magnifying glass mechanically coupled with the head fitting. The eyelash application kit may include an eyelash straightener and curler, which may be heated.

Device for Dispensing Artificial Eyelashes
A device (1) for dispensing artificial eyelashes, including a housing (10) provided with a dispensing opening (11), a carrying strip (30) onto which a plurality of artificial eyelash units (40) are attached, and a movement mechanism capable of being actuated to cause the strip to move (30) in order to convey the artificial eyelash units (40) toward the dispensing opening (11) and enable the artificial eyelash units (40) to exit through the dispensing opening (11). The carrier strip movement mechanism has a spool (21) that is rotatably mounted relative to the housing (10). The winding of the carrier strip (30) around the spool (21) causes the movement of the carrier strip (30). The carrier strip movement mechanism has an actuating member (23) for rotating the spool (21), allowing the carrier strip (30) to be wound around the spool (21). The housing (10) has an opening (12) and the actuating member (23) has a scroll wheel which can be moved via the opening (12).

QUALITY CONTROLLED ARTIFICIAL EYELASHES EXTENSION SYSTEM
The present invention is a quality controlled artificial eyelashes extension system having two main features. One of the method and materials for the application of artificial lash hairs onto existing natural eyelashes of a human subject to extend the length of the natural eyelash. This feature provides the training and materials to attach the eyelash extensions on a hair-by hair basis to a subject's existing natural eyelash. The second is the quality control feature of the present lash extension system which provides for assuring that practitioners of the system are appropriately trained, and the consumable materials utilized by the system are safe for human use. Quality control assurance of practitioners and consumable materials is accomplished by having programs for practitioner training and certification, and for materials quality assurance which controls the quality of the system's consumable materials made available to practitioners.
