BACKLIGHT MODULE AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE
A backlight module and a liquid crystal display device are provided. The backlight module includes a first optical element which can switch between a transparent state and a scattering state, first light sources, and a light-shielding layer disposed on a light path of light emitted from the first light sources to a liquid crystal display panel. The light-shielding layer includes a plurality of gratings arranged at intervals, each of the gratings is made of a light-shielding material, and one light transmission gap is formed between any two adjacent gratings, thereby improving uniformity of backlight.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE
According to one embodiment, an electronic device includes a liquid crystal panel and a camera. The liquid crystal panel includes a display area, an incident light control area, and an emitted light control area. The camera includes a light-entering surface and a light source. The liquid crystal panel is configured to selectively transmit visible light emitted from the light source in the emitted light control area and to selectively transmit visible light from outside in order to cause visible light to enter the camera from the outside in the incident light control area.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE
According to one embodiment, an electronic device includes a light shutter panel including an incident light control area, an optical member including a lens and facing the incident light control area, and an imaging device configured to convert light which passed through the incident light control area of the light shutter panel and the optical member to image data. The incident light control area includes a first annular light-shielding area, a circular incident light control area surrounded by the first annular light-shielding area, and a plurality of annular incident light control areas located between the first annular light-shielding area and the circular incident light control area and having a multiple shape.
DISPLAY PANEL AND DISPLAY DEVICE
A display panel and a display device including the display panel are disclosed. The display panel includes an array substrate, a color film substrate, and a liquid crystal layer and a first spacer both between the array substrate and the color film substrate. Assembly surfaces of the color film substrate and the array substrate are oppositely assembled. An edge of the assembly surface of the color film substrate is provided with an edge shielding area. An edge of the assembly surface of the array substrate is provided with a component located in a projection of the edge shielding area on the array substrate. The first spacer is located in the edge shielding area and outside the projection of the component on the edge shielding area. The first spacer supports the edge shielding area and an area of the array substrate corresponding to the edge shielding area.

The present disclosure provides an array substrate and a display device. The array substrate includes: a base substrate; and a plurality of pixel units disposed on the base substrate; each of the pixel units includes an active display region, the active display region of at least one of the pixel units is provided with a light-shielding layer, the light-shielding layer is located at an edge of the active display region, and a surface of a side of the light-shielding layer away from the base substrate is a reflecting surface. The light-shielding layer is disposed within an annular region, the annular region has a width in a range of 20 μm-50 μm, and an outer boundary of the annular region is a boundary of the active display region.

A display apparatus includes a backlight source, a privacy filter disposed on the backlight source, a light adjusting panel disposed on the privacy filter, and a display panel disposed on the light adjusting panel. The light adjusting panel includes a first substrate, a first electrode, a second electrode, a first vertical alignment film disposed on the first substrate, a second substrate disposed opposite to the first substrate, a second vertical alignment film disposed on the second substrate, and a positive liquid crystal layer disposed between the first vertical alignment film and the second vertical alignment film. The first electrode and the second electrode are disposed on the first substrate. Here, the first electrode has a plurality of first slits, and a plurality of orthogonal projections of the first slits on the first substrate overlap an orthogonal projection of the second electrode on the first substrate.
LIQUID CRYSTAL DEVICE THAT IS ERASED BY FLEXING
A liquid crystal device that is flexible and includes a cholesteric liquid crystal material erased by flexing. Totally free of electronics and electrically conductive electrodes, the liquid crystal device takes advantage of a reverse mode effect observed in cholesteric liquid crystals whereby pressure applied to the device changes a reflective texture to a transmissive texture to create an image. The image is erased and the device reinitialized by flexing to create reflective texture surroundings.
Display device including an adhesive layer
A display device includes a display panel having a display area and a non-display area. A window is disposed on the display panel. A bezel portion is disposed on the window. The bezel portion at least partially overlaps the non-display area. An adhesive layer is disposed between the display panel and the window. An interlayer is disposed between the bezel portion and the adhesive layer. The interlayer has at least one ultrasound transmitting area overlapping the bezel portion.
