Devices and methods for extracting body measurements from 2D images
Various examples are provided for obtaining body measurements of a user, predicting body measurements of a user, and/or the like. Examples include a coded dimensioning garment having a stretchable fabric that conforms to a wearer's body without substantial compression or distortion of the skin. The garment can include measurement markings of known sizes at one or more known locations on the fabric. Methods are provided for predicting body measurements from a user. Image(s) of a user wearing the garment in a reference pose are captured and can be uploaded to a body measurement application. The real-world dimensions can be converted to pixel dimensions in the same ratio as the real world dimensions and inputted into a prediction model to generate measurements from areas of interest on the user.
Mobile 3D body scanning methods and apparatus
An arrangement for obtaining body measurements of a person includes a garment configured to be form fitted to the person, a reference target, and a handheld digital camera. A surface of the garment includes a plurality of first fiducials which are photogrammetrically analyzable. The reference target includes a plurality of second fiducials that are photogrammetrically analyzable. The plurality of second fiducials on the reference target facilitate producing a 3D model true to scale and in a recognized orientation to a surface on which the person is standing. The handheld digital camera acquires a plurality of successive images of the garment and reference target as the digital camera is moved around the person. A computer processes the plurality images by methods of photogrammetry to produce a 3D model of the body. A portable stabilization device may be held by the person to reduce movement and control arm spacing during image acquisition.

Three-dimensional human body scanning device
A three-dimensional human body scanning device includes: a carrier module, moving around a to-be-measured person; a bracket module, installed above the carrier module, where the bracket module includes a plurality of stretchable brackets connected in an enveloping and storage manner, and other brackets are accommodated and assembled inside a sleeve; and a fixed module, installed on the sleeve, where the fixed module is used to hold the scanning device, and drives the scanning device through up-and-down stretch of the bracket module and movement of a slider element to scan a human body.

Method, medium, and system for fast 3D model fitting and anthropometrics using synthetic data
Disclosed are methods and systems for displaying items of clothing on a model having a similar body shape to that of an ecommerce user. In one aspects, a system includes one or more hardware processors configured to perform operations comprising receiving, by one or more hardware processors, an image, the image representing a user height, user weight, and user gender, causing display, by the one or more hardware processors, of a second image via a computer interface, the second image representing a model, the model selected based on a comparison of a model height, weight, and gender with the user height, weight, and gender respectively, receiving, by the one or more hardware processors, a selection of an item of clothing, and causing display, by the one or more hardware processors, of a representation of the selected model wearing the selected item of clothing.
Bicycle transport container and inside-leg measurement system
A bicycle transport container, particularly a bicycle transport box, includes an outer container. Within the outer container, a base element, is arranged. The base element serves for accommodating an at least partially pre-mounted bicycle. The base element includes a bottom element which is supported on a bottom portion of the outer container. The outer container includes an openable side portion so that the base element together with the bicycle can be laterally pulled out from the outer container.

Creating a custom three-dimensional body shape model
A series of captured images of a user is received. Using a processor, the images are processed to identify a portion of each of the images corresponding to the user. Parameters of a predetermined three-dimensional human model are modified to fit a modified version of the predetermined three-dimensional human model across the identified portions of the images to determine a set of specific parameters representing a body profile of the user.
