MULTI-FEATURE DIAPER BAG
20180035823 · 2018-02-08 ·

A multi-featured diaper bag is described. The bag includes a four-point attachment system to permit attachment of the bag to the should straps and waist strap of a wearable infant carrier. The bag includes one or more closable compartments in which various amenities and accessories can be stored. Conveniently, when in use, the contents of the diaper are accessible to a user without having to remove the infant carrier or detach the bag from the infant carrier.

CARRIER STRUCTURE

A carrier structure including a carrier, an antenna structure on the carrier and a reception region designed for removable reception of an RF chip. The reception region is arranged relative to the antenna structure in such a way that inductive coupling to the antenna structure is enabled when the RF chip is arranged in the reception region. An inductive blocking element on the carrier blocks communication with the RF chip using the antenna structure in a first position of the inductive blocking element. In a second position of the inductive blocking element, the inductive blocking element enables communication with the RF chip using the antenna structure.

Radio frequency identification (RFID) enabled devices are presented. In some examples, a RFID tag may be arranged on the device and the device may further include a RFID tag mode modifier which is configured to transfer the mode or state of the RFID tag from a first mode, such as an inactive mode, to a second mode, such as an active or enabled mode, or vice versa. For instance, the RFID tag mode modifier may transfer the RFID tag from an inactive mode or state to an active mode or state in which the RFID tag may be enabled for use, or vice versa. The RFID tag mode modifier may be an activation button, a contact region, or a physical device configured to prevent transmission of RFID signals. One or more methods of generating or using the devices described herein are also provided.

MULTI-POSITION RFID SWITCH
20170206385 · 2017-07-20 ·

An RFID switch manually operable for transmitting status data includes a plurality of RFID tags that a user can selectively expose to or shield from activation by an RFID reader. The user's choice of which RFID tags are exposed for reading determines what status information is conveyed to the RFID system. A data base in the RFID system associates the presence or absence of particular RFID tags with corresponding status reports.

Apparatus and method to electromagnetically shield portable consumer devices
09704087 · 2017-07-11 · ·

An apparatus and method is provided to shield contactless portable electronic consumer devices such as radio frequency identification devices (RFID), tokens, mini-cards, key fobs, cellular phones, smartcards, etc. from wireless interrogation. In one embodiment, a contactless portable consumer device which includes a first antenna is shielded from unauthorized wireless interrogation with a radio frequency (RF) shield. The RF shield includes electrically conductive, non-ferromagnetic material and is configured to prevent unauthorized data transfer between a second antenna external to the portable consumer device and the first antenna.

DEVICE FOR PREVENTING DATA THEFT, USE OF FALSE IDENTITY, AND FRAUD DURING CONTACTLESS DATA TRANSMISSION VIA ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIO WAVES
