Driving method of display panel and display apparatus
A driving method of display panel and a display apparatus are provided. In the driving method, unequal first and second voltage signals for sub-pixels are obtained. Image input signals include first and second images adjacent in timing. In the first image, the first and second voltage signals of a first sub-pixel of a first pixel group respectively drive first sub-pixels of first and second pixel groups, and the second and first voltage signals of a second sub-pixel of the second pixel group respectively drive second sub-pixels of first and second pixel groups. In the second image, the second and first voltage signals of the first sub-pixel of the second pixel group respectively drive first sub-pixels of first and second pixel groups, and the first and second voltage signals of the second sub-pixel of the first pixel group respectively drive second sub-pixels of first and second pixel groups.
Liquid Crystal Display Apparatus
A liquid crystal display device includes a liquid crystal layer which is divided into a plurality of pixels having a plurality of electrodes applying a voltage to the liquid crystal layer. Each pixel includes a first sub-pixel and a second sub-pixel. When each pixel displays a grayscale gk, the voltages applied to the liquid crystal layer of the first sub-pixel and second sub-pixel of each pixel are V1(gk) and V2(gk), and V12(gk)=V1(gk)V2(gk) is set, where 0gkn, and gk and n are integers greater than 0, and n represents the highest-brightness grayscale. When the grayscale gk is smaller than a predetermined grayscale gs, V12(gk)>0V is set, and the relation V12(gk)>V12(gk+1) is satisfied. When the grayscale gk is equal to or greater than the predetermined grayscale gs, V12(gk)=0V is set, and the relation V12(gk)=V12(gk+1) is satisfied.
DISPLAY DEVICE
According to an aspect, a display device includes: two pixels having different areas; a first signal line extending in an arrangement direction of the two pixels and coupled to one of the two pixels; a second signal line extending in the arrangement direction and coupled to the other of the two pixels; and a scan line extending between the two pixels in an intersection direction intersecting the arrangement direction and coupled to the two pixels.
Pixel array
A pixel array includes a plurality of repeating units. Each repeating unit includes three first color sub-pixels, three second color sub-pixels, three third color sub-pixels, and three fourth color sub-pixels. The size of one of the first color sub-pixels is greater than the size of each of the other two first color sub-pixels. The size of one of the second color sub-pixels is greater than the size of each of the other two first color sub-pixels. The size of one of the third color sub-pixels is greater than the size of each of the other two third color sub-pixels. The size of one of the fourth color sub-pixels is greater than the size of each of the other two fourth color sub-pixels.
DRIVING METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR DISPLAY APPARATUS
The present disclosure provides a driving method and apparatus for a display apparatus. The driving method includes: selecting one of at least two partitions divided in a display interface, marking the one as a selected partition; calculating a chroma and a hue value of the selected partition; adjusting initial gray scale parameters of sub-pixel units of each of the pixel units according to the chroma and the hue value, acquiring an initial input signal of the selected partition, and adjusting the gray scale parameters corresponding to the initial input signal according to the initial input signal and the initial gray scale parameters of the sub-pixel units.
Data voltage storage circuit, method for driving the same, liquid crystal display panel, and display device
The disclosure discloses a data voltage storage circuit, a method for driving the same, a liquid crystal display, and a display device, and the data voltage storage circuit includes a voltage input subcircuit, a storage control subcircuit, and an output control subcircuit; and the storage control subcircuit stores a data signal input to the first node, so that the data signal can be stored for a long period of time. The three subcircuits above cooperate with each other so that a signal output end can be provided with a signal of a second reference voltage signal end or a common voltage signal end using the simple structure to thereby lower the difficulty of a fabrication process thereof, narrow a space to be occupied by the circuit, and improve a pixel aperture ratio.
Display device
According to an aspect, a display device includes a plurality of pixels. Each pixel includes two sub-pixels adjacent to each other in a first direction. Each sub-pixel has one of three colors allocated thereto. Two colors of the two sub-pixels included in the pixel are different. The two colors of the two sub-pixels and a positional relation between the two sub-pixels are the same in each of the pixels arrayed in a second direction. One color not allocated to the two sub-pixels included in a first pixel out of the three colors is allocated to at least one of the sub-pixels included in second pixels adjacent to the first pixel in the first direction. The sub-pixels having the same color allocated thereto are arranged along the first direction with one sub-pixel interposed therebetween, the one sub-pixel having another color allocated thereto.

A display panel, including: a pixel structure constituted by a plurality of sub-pixels, wherein sub-pixels in each row are arranged in alignment, sub-pixels in every two adjacent rows are spaced in a column direction by a distance of X sub-pixels, 0<X<1, and a color of each sub-pixel differs from a color of an adjacent sub-pixel; a plurality of data lines arranged at column gaps between the sub-pixels; a plurality of touch signal lines arranged at gaps between the sub-pixels, wherein the plurality of touch signal lines are arranged in a different layer from the plurality of data lines and are insulated from the plurality of data lines; and a plurality of touch detection electrodes connected with the plurality of touch signal lines. When each gray level of a first color display data set is identical and lower than a first threshold value, the pixel voltages of the plurality of first color subpixels are not identical.
