The present disclosure discloses a color filter substrate and a method for manufacturing the same, a display panel, and a display device, which relates to the field of display technologies. A black matrix layer in the color filter substrate includes a first film layer and a second film layer. As a material of the first film layer is different from a material of the second film layer, at least one of the first film layer and the second film layer is prepared without using a resin adhesive, and then the resin adhesive remaining in at least one through-hole of the first through-holes of the first film layer and the second through-holes of the second film layer can be reduced, and the display effect of the display device is ensured. In addition, reflectivity of the first film layer is relatively large and optical density of the second film layer is relatively large, which ensures that the color filter substrate according to the embodiments of the present disclosure can meet the design requirement of the black matrix layer.

A display substrate has a display area and an encapsulation area around the display area. The display substrate includes a substrate and a spacer layer. The spacer layer is located on a side of the substrate, and includes a plurality of first columnar spacers located in the encapsulation area and distributed at intervals around the display area, and bottom ends of the plurality of first columnar spacers are fixedly disposed on the substrate. Ends of the plurality of first columnar spacers proximate to the substrate are the bottom ends thereof, and ends of the plurality of first columnar spacers away from the substrate are top ends thereof.

The present disclosure adopts different thickness of the carriers to form a step difference, thereby relieving surface pressure of the display panel and saving manufacturing cost.

The first quantum dot light emitting layer has a light incident surface; and the first reflective layer is on a side of the first quantum dot light emitting layer away from the light incident surface, the first quantum dot light emitting layer includes a plurality of first quantum dots, the first quantum dots are configured to be stimulated by light of a first wavelength from the light incident surface to emit light of a second wavelength, and the first reflective layer is configured to transmit the light of the second wavelength and reflect the light of the first wavelength.

A color filter substrate and a display panel are provided. A photoresist layer is provided in a peripheral region of the color filter substrate. A plurality of photoresist layers are stacked on each other to optimize a film structure of the color filter substrate, enhance a support of a film, and reduce a degree of depression in the peripheral region in an ODF process. The color filter substrate with optimized film structure has simple manufacturing process, and quality of the display panel can be improved without changing a structural design of a display region of an original film.
