A bonding washer for making electrical connection between two metal pieces that are to be mechanically fastened together. The washer, to be interposed between the two metal pieces, may be constructed so as to fasten to one of the pieces before the two pieces are joined. Teeth on the washer, positioned at right angles to the plane of the washer, are forced into each of the two metal pieces when the fastener is tightened, making electrical connection between the two metal pieces.

A bus bar includes a bus plate for integrating battery cores and an electrically connected VSH component of the bus plate. The bus board has several connections connected to the positive or negative electrodes of the battery cells. Rows and insulation layers cover both sides of the connection rows. The VSH assembly includes a first circuit board that includes connecting lines and insulating films covering both sides of the connecting lines. One end of the battery core is connected to the corresponding connection line through a fuse, and the fuse is arranged on the corresponding insulation. On the outside of the film and the insulating layer, several welding windows are provided in the insulating film and the insulating layer. The connection lines and connection rows form soldering pads at corresponding soldering windows.

A copper foil structure and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. In some embodiments, the copper foil structure includes a copper foil layer and a conductive organic anti-oxidation layer. The conductive organic anti-oxidation layer is disposed on the copper foil layer, and the conductive organic anti-oxidation layer includes an organic antioxidant and a conductive polymer.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive has a satisfactory level of adhesive performance and can form a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer with a lower dielectric constant and reliable moisture resistance.

The application provides a busbar and a battery module, which relate to the technical field of battery. The busbar includes a bar part and a plurality of conductors arranged at intervals. Each of the plurality of conductors includes a fuse part and a conducting part. The fuse part has a melting point lower than a melting point of the bus bar and lower than a melting point of the conducting part. Two ends of the fuse part are respectively connected to the conducting part and the bar part. The conducting part is configured to be connected to a positive electrode or a negative electrode of a battery cell.

A flexible conductive busbar with a fuse, comprising several layers of stacked conductive buses and conductive connection layers set between adjacent conductive buses. The conductive bus includes two spaced connection buses and a fuse connected between the two connection buses. The conductive connection layer includes two connection pieces respectively set between the corresponding connection buses.

A process involves building up a terminal by starting with a thin, long material and then manipulating it to thicken up portions of a circuit where needed. In various implementations, the material can be rolled and squashed, or folded up to form the thickened portions of a circuit. Once it is squashed or folded up, the layers can be welded together.
