Anisotropic conductive sheet, electrical inspection device and electrical inspection method
An anisotropic conductive sheet according to the present invention comprises an insulating layer and a plurality of conductive layers. The insulating layer is elastic, and has a first surface that is positioned on one side in the thickness direction, a second surface that is positioned on the other side in the thickness direction, and a plurality of through holes that penetrate the layer from the first surface to the second surface. The conductive layers are respectively arranged on the inner wall surfaces of the plurality of through holes. The insulating layer comprises an elastic layer that is formed of a crosslinked product of an elastomer composition, and a heat-resistant resin layer that is formed of a heat-resistant resin composition that has a higher glass transition temperature than the crosslinked product of an elastomer composition.
Thermally-drawn fiber including devices
There is provided herein a fiber including a fiber body with a fiber body material having a longitudinal axis along a fiber body length. A plurality of devices is disposed as a linear sequence of devices within the fiber body. Each device includes at least one electrical contact pad. At least one electrical conductor is disposed within the fiber body. The electrical conductor is electrically connected to an electrical contact pad of devices in the plurality of devices. A weavable device includes at least one device material arranged in a planar device configuration and connected to an electrical contact pad. An electrically insulating, mechanically flexible fiber body material encapsulates the planar device configuration and contact pad and has a fiber body length greater than 10 m. An electrical conductor is electrically connected to a device contact pad and extends the fiber body length.

RESIN FILM
A resin film configured to hold a conductive metallic track against a panel. The resin film partially covers the conductive metallic track, such that the conductive metallic track has at least one region which does not have the resin film, so as to allow an electrical connection by contact. Thus, in the context of assembly on a panel, the metallic track incorporated between the panel and the resin film is protected, thus rendering this technical solution particularly robust. Furthermore, the resin film electrically insulates the metallic track from surrounding elements, and the regions which do not have resin film allow an electrical connection by contact.

FILLER-CONTAINING FILM
A filler-containing film that can be precisely pressed to an electronic component with lower thrust is a film having a filler distributed layer in which fillers are regularly disposed in a resin layer, wherein an area occupancy rate of the fillers in a plan view is 25% or less, a ratio La/D between a layer thickness La of the resin layer and a particle diameter D of the fillers is 0.3 or more and 1.3 or less, and a proportion by number of the fillers present in a non-contact state with each other is 95% or more with respect to the entire fillers. The proportion by number of the fillers present in a non-contact state with each other is preferably 99.5% or more with respect to the entire fillers.
CONDUCTIVE MATERIAL, CONNECTION STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING CONNECTION STRUCTURE
There is provided a conductive material in which, even when a conductive material is left for a certain period of time, solder of conductive particles can be efficiently placed on an electrode, and, in addition, even if an electrode width and an inter-electrode width are narrow, occurrence of migration can be effectively suppressed, and generation of voids can be effectively suppressed. The conductive material according to the present invention contains a plurality of conductive particles in which an outer surface portion of a conductive portion comprises solder, a thermosetting compound, an acid anhydride thermosetting agent, and an organophosphorus compound.
ELECTROCONDUCTIVE FILM, ROLL, CONNECTED STRUCTURE, AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING CONNECTED STRUCTURE
A conductive film includes an elongated release film and a plurality of conductive adhesive film pieces provided on the release film. Then, the plurality of adhesive film pieces are arranged in a longitudinal direction X of the release film. For this reason, the adhesive film piece can be set to an arbitrary shape. Accordingly, it is possible to attach the adhesive film piece to adhesive surfaces having various shapes and to efficiently use the adhesive film piece.
