Cover for a cable harness with different color layers
A cover for a cable harness including: (i) a first layer comprising a first color; (ii) a second layer layered adjacent to the first layer, the second layer comprising a second color that is different than the first color; and (iii) an adhesive layer adhered to the first layer, at least a portion of the adhesive is not covered by the second layer. The first color can black, while the second color is white. The second layer comprises fibers that can be substantially free of dye. At least one of the first layer and the second layer can be polyethylene terephthalate. The cover can cover a plurality of cables of a cable harness. If wear forms a hole through the first layer, the second color of the second layer is visible from an environment external to the covered cable harness through the hole through the first layer.
WIRING MEMBER
A wiring member includes: at least one first cover wire; at least one second cover wire; and a first sheet to which at least the first cover wire is fixed, wherein a first hole is formed in the first sheet, and a connection part where a core wire of the first cover wire and a core wire of the second cover wire are connected is located in a region where the first hole is formed.
WIRE HARNESS
A wire harness includes a cable constituted of a plurality of electric wires bundled together so as to include a plurality of cable ends and a plurality of connectors mounted one-to-one on the plurality of cable ends, wherein each of the plurality of connectors includes a connector terminal connected to an end of the electric wire, a tubular housing body accommodating the connector terminal, and a flange formed to project from an outer circumferential surface of the housing body. On a fitting side for fitting with a mating connector, the flange has a rugged shape that differs between the plurality of connectors.
WIRE HARNESS UNIT
A wire harness unit including: a conduction path that conducts electricity between in-vehicle devices; and a cooling tube that cools the conduction path, wherein: the conduction path has a hollow tubular conductor having conductivity, and a tubular first insulating layer covered by the tubular conductor, and the first insulating layer is the cooling tube and configured to circulate a cooling medium therethrough.
WIRING HARNESS ASSEMBLY CELL
A wiring harness assembly cell includes an automation zone housing a robot for performing automated assembly operations on a series of wiring harness assembly boards. A plurality of wiring harness assembly stations is located about the automation zone, each including one or more wiring harness assembly boards holding the wiring harnesses. Manual operator zones are located outside the automation zone that are associated with the wiring harness assembly stations. The wiring harness assembly stations are reconfigurable between a first configuration in which a first wiring harness assembly board faces the manual operator zone such that it is accessible to a manual operator, and a second configuration in which it faces the automation zone such that it is accessible to the robot. The robot is moved within the automation zone between a plurality of assembly locations where it accesses and operates on the respectively the plurality of wiring harness assembly stations.
CONNECTOR AND WIRING HARNESS
A connector is provided with three or more terminals to be respectively connected to wires, and a housing for holding the three or more terminals. The three or more terminals are arranged along a first direction. Each of the terminals includes a wire connecting portion to be connected to the wire, a terminal connecting portion to be connected to a mating terminal and an intermediate portion provided between the wire connecting portion and the terminal connecting portion. Three or more of the terminal connecting portions are arranged at intervals along the first direction. Three or more of the wire connecting portions are arranged at intervals along the first direction. The intervals and the intervals are different from each other. Three or more of the intermediate portions are formed to have mutually different shapes according to differences between the intervals and the intervals.
Universal Media Cable Harness
A cable harness that holds multiple types of media cables into a single unit for connecting components to a device without having to access the device's input panel. The cable harness has a sleeve that keeps all the cables organized and held together. Each of the cables have two ends, a male end and a female end. One end of the harness has male ends of the cable that connect to the input panel of a device while the other end has the female ends of the cable to make switching out components possible without having to access the device's rear input panel. The cable harness has a plurality of cables including a HDMI cable, a USB cable, an Ethernet cable, and an Optical cable. The cables are slidably harnessed together allowing the sleeve to be close to one end of the cable if need be. The sleeve allows cables to move independently for easier and faster connections. The cables have a labeling so that the same cable has the same label on each end of the cable so the user knows which end of one of the cables corresponds to the correct other end of the cable.
WIRE HARNESS, POWER STORAGE MODULE, AND METHOD OF PRODUCING WIRE HARNESS
The wire harness is a wire harness to be mounted on power storage elements and the wire harness includes a base film having flexibility, a cover film covering the base film and having flexibility, and electric wires disposed between the base film and the cover film. The electric wires include first end sections that extend outside the base film and the cover film and second end sections that extend outside from the base film and the cover film from an opposite side from the first end sections. The base film and the cover film include welding portions at which the base film and the cover film are joined with welding.
WIRING MEMBER
A wiring member includes: a linear transmission member that includes an electric wire; a connector housing; an outer armor member; and a cover member that is provided between the connector housing and the outer armor member in a lengthwise direction of the electric wire, and attached to an outer circumferential portion of the linear transmission member. The cover member and the linear transmission member are relatively movable in the lengthwise direction of the electric wire, and the connector housing and the outer armor member restrict a movement of the cover member in the lengthwise direction of the electric wire. The cover member is an elastic member, and includes an elastic cylindrical portion that is compression-deformable in a lengthwise direction of the cover member.
Electric wire conductor, covered electric wire, and wiring harness
An electric wire conductor having both flexibility and a space-saving property. Also provided are a covered electric wire and a wiring harness containing the electric wire conductor. An electric wire conductor contains a wire strand containing a plurality of elemental wires twisted together. The electric wire conductor has a flat portion in which a cross section intersecting an axial direction of the wire strand has a flat shape. Assuming a conductor cross-sectional area of the flat portion as s mm.sup.2 and a vacancy ratio defined as a ratio of vacancies not occupied by the elemental wires in a cross section of the flat portion as v %, the conductor cross-sectional area and the vacancy ratio satisfies v>0.29 s+2.0. The covered electric wire contains electric wire conductor and an insulator covering the conductor. The wiring harness contains the covered electric wire.
