A wire harness including: a first conductive path; a second conductive path that is different from the first conductive path; and an exterior cover that covers the first conductive path and the second conductive path, wherein: the first conductive path includes a conductive first tubular conductor that is tubular in shape, the second conductive path includes a conductive second tubular conductor that is tubular in shape, and a thickness of the first tubular conductor is different from a thickness of the second tubular conductor.

WIRING MEMBER

A wiring member includes a first sheet including a fusion layer, a second sheet, and at least one first wire-like transmission member provided between the first sheet and the second sheet. The first sheet and the second sheet are fixed to each other via the fusion layer in a direction intersecting with a longitudinal direction of the first wire-like transmission member.

WIRE HARNESS

A wire harness including: a wire harness main body including an electric wire and an exterior tube enclosing an outer circumference of the electric wire; a path restricting cover that is attached to an outer circumference of the exterior tube and restricts a path of the wire harness main body; and an attachment attached to an outer circumference of a portion in a lengthwise direction of the path restricting cover.

Composite cable and composite harness

A composite cable includes a plurality of power lines, one signal line unit, and a sheath collectively covering the plurality of power lines and the one signal line unit. The signal line unit includes a plurality of pairs of signal lines, and an inner sheath covering a first assembled article. The first assembled article is formed by arranging the signal lines to be paired at each pair of adjacent vertices of a polygon with an even number of vertices in a cross-section perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the signal line unit and twisting all the signal lines together. A twisting direction of a second assembled article formed by twisting the plurality of power lines and the one signal line unit together is different from a twisting direction of the first assembled article.

Composite cable including collective braided shield

A composite cable includes a signal transmission cable including a pair of signal lines being arranged parallel to each other in a cable longitudinal direction and contacting to each other and a shield layer covering the pair of signal lines together, a pair of power supply lines being arranged contacting to each other and contacting to the shield layer, a collective braided shield covering around a cable core composed of the signal transmission cable and the pair of power supply lines collectively, a sheath covering around the collective braided shield. The collective braided shield is configured closely contacting to the shield layer in accordance with an outer shape of the shield layer.

WIRE HARNESS

A wire harness including: a shielded wire having a core wire; an insulating cover covering an outer surface of the core wire; and an electromagnetic shield covering the insulating cover, wherein the electromagnetic shield is a metal layer that is seamlessly formed in intimate contact with an outer surface of the insulating cover.

The wires 20 each include a stranded conductor 21, and an insulation covering 26 that covers the stranded conductor 21. One end portions of the plurality of wires 20 are held by a first holding portion 31 of the first terminal block 30, and the other end portions of the plurality of wires 20 are held by a second holding portion 41 of the second terminal block 40. A connection orientation of the wire harness 10 is an orientation in which the plurality of wires 20 are bent between the first holding portion 31 and the second holding portion 41, and in which a twist occurs in the plurality of wires 20. A stranding direction of the stranded conductors 21 of half or more of the plurality of wires 20 is a direction in which stranding of the stranded conductors 21 is tightened by the twist.

A plasma generator that detects whether a connector of a head is electrically connected to a power cable. The plasma generator includes the head including the connector with a terminal to supply electricity to electrodes that generate plasma by electrical discharge, and a first terminal and a second terminal that are connected to each other; a power cable to supply electricity to the terminal; a cable to transmit a signal to the first terminal; a first ground cable to ground the second terminal; and a detector to detect a signal current that flows in a path from the cable to the first ground cable in accordance with transmission of the signal.

CABLE HARNESS GROMMET AND METHOD FOR USING SAME
20230115627 · 2023-04-13 ·

A cable harness grommet for installation in an aircraft interior component, and method of installing the same. The cable harness grommet seals a honeycomb panel cut-out and seals the cable harness itself as the cable harness passes through the cut-out by way of an aperture in the cable harness grommet. The honeycomb panel cut-out is enclosed by the cable harness grommet such that the cable harness grommet closes and seals the honeycomb panel cut-out and the aperture around the cable harness itself, both in compliance with applicable airworthiness requirements.

PIN TERMINAL, CONNECTOR, WIRING HARNESS WITH CONNECTOR AND CONTROL UNIT

A pin terminal includes a bar-like base material and a plating layer covering a predetermined region of the base material. A constituent material of the base material is pure copper or a copper alloy. The plating layer includes a tin-based layer made of metal containing tin. One end side of the base material includes a tip covering portion covering an entire region in a circumferential direction of the base material. The tin-based layer includes the tip covering portion. The tip covering portion includes a thin film portion and a thick film portion at positions different in the circumferential direction of the base material. The thin film portion includes an outer layer and an inner layer provided in contact with the base material. A constituent material of the outer layer is pure tin, and that of the inner layer is an alloy containing tin and copper.
