Cable harness configurable from a neutral state to one of at least two configuration settings
There is described herein a harness (106) that remains neutral until configured by a configuration device (110). Wires that connect to specific pins responsible for the configuration of a system are taken out and connected to a configuration port (108) on the harness (106). The configuration port (108), when mated with the configuration device (110), sets a configuration setting of the system. The configuration device (110) may be used to set the power and/or signal parameters of the harness (106) for a system or to configure various options within the system itself or another system.
Bus Bar Module and Wire Harness
A bus bar module includes a flat cable having a cable part and an insulator resin part and a bus bar crimped and fixed to the insulator resin part. The cable part includes a plurality of conductor wires arranged in parallel at predetermined intervals on a plane and a covering part integrally covering the plurality of conductor wires with an insulating resin. The insulator resin part is disposed in parallel to the cable part on the plane and made of a same resin as the insulating resin of the covering part.
POWER/FIBER HYBRID CABLE
The present disclosure relates to a hybrid cable having a jacket with a central portion positioned between left and right portions. The central portion contains at least one optical fiber and the left and right portions contain electrical conductors. The left and right portions can be manually torn from the central portion.
Shielded electrical cable
A shielded electrical cable includes at least two spaced-apart conductors extending side-by-side along a longitudinal cable direction. An insulation electrically insulates the conductors from each other. A cable shield, together with the conductors, extends along the longitudinal cable direction and annularly surrounds the conductors, as seen in cross section. An electrical device is disposed between the conductors and the cable shield. The electrical device is surrounded by the cable shield and disposed on the conductors such that the electrical device is in electrical contact with each of the conductors.
Wire harness
A wire harness including a conductive portion that can be electrically connected to a device that is located midway along the routing path. A wire harness includes a conductive portion extending along a routing path to form a circuit. The conductive portion is formed of a single-core wire or a pipe. A branch connection portion configured to be flat against a portion of the conductive portion that is adjacent thereto is provided in the conductive portion midway in an extension direction thereof. A branching wire is connected to the branch connection portion.
Flexible flat cable, vehicle including the same, and method of manufacturing the flexible flat cable
A flexible flat cable and a method of manufacturing the flexible flat cable, may include an insulating film forming an external appearance of the flexible flat cable; a conductor disposed inside the insulating film; and an adhesion layer configured to bond the insulating film to the conductor, wherein the adhesion layer contains metal particles, and when a crack occurs in the conductor, the metal particles connect the conductor in which the crack occurs.
Seal mold divided structure for combination cable and method for manufacturing the same
A seal mold divided structure for combination cable is characterized in that it comprises the following structures: a first cable and a second cable separated from the combination cable; a connector provided at the end of said first cable; a division molding portion that molds the division part between said first cable and second cable and keeps said first cable and second cable separated from each other; a connector molding portion that molds the connection part between said connector and said first cable; a protection tube that protects said first cable, with its ends respectively fixed to said division molding portion and said connector molding portion; and isolation portions, which are respectively inserted from the inner sides of both ends of said protection tube and wrap the exterior of said first cable, capable of preventing inflow of a molding compound.
BLOOD-GLUCOSE METER INTEGRATED WITH BIOLOGICAL TEST-PIECE TANK
A blood-glucose meter integrated with a biological test-piece tank includes a biological test-piece tank and a blood-glucose meter. The biological test-piece tank has internally a chamber for providing an accommodation room to store a plurality of biological test pieces, a tank opening located at a top thereof to pair a cover so as to form a sealed structure, and a tank bottom located by opposing to the cover. The blood-glucose meter, connected with the tank bottom, has an inserting hole for receiving a biological test piece that carries thereon a biological specimen to be examined for obtaining a corresponding blood-glucose value.
PORTABLE DATA CABLE
The present invention relates to a portable data cable. The portable data cable includes a first terminal and a second terminal that are disposed on two ends of the portable data cable, and a body portion connected between the first terminal and the second terminal, wherein the first terminal includes a first interface, a first protruding portion, a first recess portion, and a first receiving portion, all of which are sequentially disposed along a connection direction; the second terminal includes a second interface, a second protruding portion, a second recess portion, and a second receiving portion, all of which are sequentially disposed along the connection direction, wherein the first recess portion is configured to facilitate insertion of the second interface into the first receiving portion, and the second recess portion is configured to facilitate insertion of the first interface into the second receiving portion, and wherein the first terminal and the second terminal are configured to be capable of being connected by using mortise-and-tenon structures and making the portable data cable become a closed loop, whereby the first interface is accommodated in the second receiving portion, and the second interface is accommodated in the first receiving portion. The portable data cable according to the present invention is convenient to connect and carry. People will have a good experience from using the portable cable.
