LOW-PROFILE CABLE ARMOR
Disclosed is a cable assembly including at least one conductor and a metal sheath disposed over the at least one conductor, the metal sheath including a continuous strip of metal having a plurality of revolutions. A first revolution of the plurality of revolutions may include a first section having a curved profile extending into an interior cavity of the metal sheath, and a second section extending from the first section, the second section extending along a lengthwise axis, wherein a length of the second section, along the lengthwise axis, is at least two times as large as a diameter of the first section when the metal sheath is in a linear configuration. The first revolution may further include a third section extending from the second section, the third section including a free end terminating within a recess defined by a curved profile of a first section of an adjacent revolution.
SINGLE PLATFORM SYSTEM FOR MULTIPLE JURISDICTION LOTTERIES
A wireless communications system is provided. A computer system runs on at least one platform on which at least one interactive lottery is played across multiple, states, territories, countries and jurisdictions. At least one computer readable storage medium stores computer executable instructions that, when executed by the at least one network processor in the workflow server residing in the mobile communications network, implement components including: a workflow module comprising sets of workflow instructions for processing different types of lottery game packets from a plurality of different jurisdictions; and a deep packet inspection module for inspecting a received lottery game packet and providing information about the lottery game packet to the workflow module.
SYSTEM FOR MULTIPLE JURISDICTION LOTTERIES WITH FRAUD DETECTION
A wireless communications system includes a computer system that runs on at least one platform on which a plurality of different lottery games for different jurisdictions are supported and run from the at least one platform. A plurality of multiple functions relative to lottery games are mapped to the at least one platform. Multiple functions for the plurality of lottery games and different jurisdictions are mapped to the at least one platform and the at least one platform is scaleable. The at least one platform is configured to perform gifting.
CABLE FIXING MECHANISM AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS THEREWITH
A cable fixing mechanism has a guide member and a conductive member, and permits a flexible cable to be fixed that is formed in the shape of a strip with a plurality of conductive wires arranged parallel to one another inside a cover member. The guide member has a guide surface facing one face of the flexible cable, and is fixed to a frame made of metal. The conductive member is flexible, is fixed to the guide member to face the guide surface, and is in contact with the frame. By the restoring force of the conductive member elastically deformed when fixed to the guide member, the flexible cable is held between the conductive member and the guide surface.
FLEXIBLE FLAT CABLE STRUCTURE CAPABLE OF IMPROVING CROSSTALK INTERFERENCE
A flexible flat cable structure capable of improving crosstalk interference includes plural telecommunication signal conductors separated from one another and provided for transmitting differential signals, two support members installed on two lateral sides of the telecommunication signal conductor respectively, at least one filled material disposed between the telecommunication signal conductors. The ratio of the equivalent dielectric constant of the filled material to the equivalent dielectric constant of the support members falls within a range of 0.39˜0.27, and the ratio of the thickness of the filled material to the thickness of the support members falls within a range of 1.49˜1.37. Therefore, the flexible flat cable structure achieves the effects of reducing the time delay of the signal transmission of the flexible flat cable (FFC), suppressing the ringing noise of resonance, and improving the eye height of amplitude measurement, so as to suppress crosstalk interference and improve signal transmission quality effectively.
Cable with Lightweight Tensile Elements
A cable has a tensile armor having a number of elongated polymeric tensile elements. At least one of the elongated polymeric tensile elements includes a bundle of high tensile fibers and a jacket tightly retaining the bundle of fibers. The elongated polymeric tensile elements are arranged with a lay loss of 1.5% at most. A method of manufacturing such a cable is also disclosed.
Electronic aerosol provision system
An electronic aerosol provision system includes a vaporizer for generating an aerosol using electrical power; a battery for supplying electrical power to the vaporizer and to other components of the electronic aerosol provision system; a flat, flexible cable having a laminated structure and incorporating multiple conductor lines for transmitting electrical power and/or signals; and a temperature sensor incorporated into the flat, flexible cable and located adjacent the battery for sensing the temperature of the battery. The electronic aerosol provision system is configured to detect an error condition if the sensed temperature of the battery goes outside a specified operating range; and in response to such detection, to reduce or cease the supply of electrical power from the battery.

MULTI-CORE CABLE
A multi-core cable includes a plurality of coaxial wires, each coaxial wire including a center conductor whose sectional area is 0.0005 mm.sup.2 to 0.0039 mm.sup.2. The multi-core cable includes a resin tape wrapped around the coaxial wires so that all of the plurality of coaxial wires are included therein, a shield layer being made of metal and covering the resin tape, and a sheath covering the shield layer and arranged at an outermost layer of the multi-core cable. The sheath is made of thermoplastic vulcanizate or tetrafluoroethylene-propylene-based fluorine containing rubber.
MULTI-CORE CABLE
A multi-core cable includes a plurality of coaxial wires, each coaxial wire including a center conductor whose sectional area is 0.0005 mm.sup.2 to 0.0039 mm.sup.2. The multi-core cable includes a resin tape wrapped around the coaxial wires so that all of the plurality of coaxial wires are included therein, a shield layer being made of metal and covering the resin tape, and a sheath covering the shield layer and arranged at an outermost layer of the multi-core cable. The sheath is made of thermoplastic vulcanizate or tetrafluoroethylene-propylene-based fluorine containing rubber.
