WIRE HARNESS
An object of the present disclosure is to provide a technique that can prevent, in a wire harness including a fixing member, the fixing member from being attached in a deviated orientation. A wire harness includes: a wiring member; a fixing member provided on the wiring member; and a first reference mark and a second reference mark that are each provided at a position of the wiring member that corresponds to the fixing member. The first reference mark and the second reference mark each have a distinctive external appearance in a circumferential direction of the wiring member. The first reference mark indicates a reference position of the wiring member in the circumferential direction, and the second reference mark indicates a position of the wiring member in the circumferential direction, the position serving as a reference for an attachment orientation of the fixing member.
VISUALLY IDENTIFIABLE ELECTRICAL STRUCTURAL WIRING SYSTEM
The present invention provides an identifiable armored cable sheath. In accordance with an aspect of the present invention, there is provided an identifiable armored cable sheath comprising: an armored cable sheath having an outer surface, and a visual indicia applied on the outer surface of the cable sheath in a patterned arrangement, wherein the visual indicia possesses visibility features in low light. Another aspect of the present invention provides a method of making an identifiable armored cable sheath comprising: providing an armored cable sheath, and applying a visually distinctive tape to the outer surface of the sheath in a patterned arrangement.
SYSTEM, METHOD, KIT AND APPARATUS FOR ORGANIZING CABLES
An apparatus, system and method for organizing and identifying cables can include cable organizers such as hollow, tubular cylinders. Each cable organizer can slidably and releasably engage a subset of the cables simultaneously. Each cable organizer can be freely movable along a length of the subset of the cables under the influence of an externally applied force; released and held in place via static friction. In addition, unique identifiers can be attached and/or labeled on respective ones of the cable organizers to separately identify each cable and/or subset of bundled cables.
Electrical cable including terminal having pressing portion that presses holding portion
An electric cable including a terminal includes an electric wire and a female terminal. The female terminal includes a first holding portion and a second holding portion that hold the electric wire. The female terminal includes a first pressing portion and the second pressing portion pressing the first holding portion and the second holding portion toward the electric wire. The first holding portion and the second holding portion include a first protrusion and a second protrusion, respectively. The first protrusion and the second protrusion protrude toward the electric wire. A core wire of the electric wire includes a recess in which the first protrusion and the second protrusion are fitted.
Cable assembly and cable indication system
The present disclosure provides a cable assembly and a cable indication system. The cable assembly includes a first cable, a second cable, a first connector, a second connector, and a third connector. The first cable includes a jacket defining a first cavity and a second cavity, the first cavity includes a light guide extending through the first cavity, and the second cavity has an open end. The second cable is encased by the first cable in the second cavity, and the second cable extends through the second cavity. The first connector is electrically coupled to a first end of the first cable and includes a first interface for connecting with a first device. The second connector includes a second interface for connecting with the first connector. The third connector includes a third interface for connecting with a second device.

CABLE CUFFS FOR MULTIPLE SIZED CABLES
The present disclosure describes cable cuffs. A cable cuff may include a first half including a main body with a first cable recess and a first securing feature, and a second half including a main body with a second cable recess and a second securing feature. The first cable recess may include a first flex retention section and the second cable recess may include a second flex retention section. The first half and the second half may be connected via a hinge. The first half is mated with the second half such that the first and second cable recesses form a pocket for receiving and grasping a cable. The first and second securing features engage to maintain the first half and the second half in a mated condition. The first and second flex retention sections reside within and extend into the pocket to engage a cable grasped therein. Cable management systems are also provided herein.
ELECTRIC CABLE INCLUDING TERMINAL
An electric cable including a terminal includes an electric wire and a female terminal. The female terminal includes a first holding portion and a second holding portion that hold the electric wire. The female terminal includes a first pressing portion and the second pressing portion pressing the first holding portion and the second holding portion toward the electric wire. The first holding portion and the second holding portion include a first protrusion and a second protrusion, respectively.
