WIRING COMPONENT WITH PHYSICAL QUANTITY SENSOR
A wiring component with physical quantity sensor is provided with a plurality of electric wires, a physical quantity sensor for detecting a physical quantity of the plurality of electric wires, an electric wire holding member including an intervening portion interposed between the plurality of electric wires, and a holder holding the physical quantity sensor. The electric wire holding member includes a protrusion protruding from the intervening portion in a direction perpendicular to an arrangement direction of the plurality of electric wires, and aligning the holder in longitudinal directions of the plurality of electric wires by the protrusion. The holder includes an electric wire engaging portion being engaged with at least one of the plurality of electric wires.

A method of manufacturing a wiring harness assembly includes the steps of forming a plurality of electrically conductive wires encased within a substrate formed of a dielectric material, forming an opening in the substrate located and sized such that a section of the plurality of electrically conductive wires is exposed within the opening, disposing a support segment within the opening, securing a connector segment including a plurality of terminals to the support segment, and placing the plurality of terminals in mechanical and electrical contact with the plurality of electrically conductive wires.

INSULATED WIRE WITH BONDING LAYER
Provided is an insulated wire with bonding layer having excellent adhesive strength between an insulating coating layer and a bonding layer that is provided on the outside of the insulating coating layer. An insulated wire 1 with bonding layer includes: a conductor 2; an insulating coating layer 3 that covers an outer circumference of the conductor 2; and a bonding layer 4 that is provided on an outer side of the insulating coating layer 3 and is bonded by heat, wherein the insulating coating layer 3 contains polyvinyl chloride, and the bonding layer 4 contains a modified polyolefin resin and a polyamide resin.

Provided is an insulated wire with bonding layer having excellent adhesive strength between an insulating coating layer and a bonding layer that is provided on the outside of the insulating coating layer. An insulated wire 1 with bonding layer includes: a conductor 2; an insulating coating layer 3 that covers an outer circumference of the conductor 2; and a bonding layer 4 that is provided on an outer side of the insulating coating layer 3 and is bonded by heat, wherein the insulating coating layer 3 contains polyvinyl chloride, and the bonding layer 4 contains a modified polyolefin resin and a polyamide resin.
Wiring member
A wiring member includes a wire-like transmission member and a sheet member. The wire-like transmission member includes a transmission line main body and a covering that covers the transmission line main body. The sheet member includes a wire holding portion that is directly fixed to the covering of the wire-like transmission member disposed on a main surface and holds the wire-like transmission member, and a covering breakage suppressing portion that is provided around the wire holding portion and is broken before breakage of the covering and peeling between the wire holding portion and the covering when a force for peeling is applied to the wire-like transmission member.
