TELECOMMUNICATION CABLE WITH TAPE
20230290543 · 2023-09-14 ·

The present invention relates to a telecommunication cable (100) comprising a plurality of twisted pairs (102) stranded helically around a cable axis, at least two tapes (104, 106) helically wrapped around the plurality of twisted pairs (102) such that that the at least two tapes (104, 106) overlap over the plurality of twisted pair (102), and a sheath (114) encapsulating the at least two tapes (104, 106) wrapped around the plurality of twisted pair (102). In particular, a ratio of first lay length of a first specific twisted pair to second lay length of a second specific twisted pair is in the range of 0.8 to 1.2. Furthermore, a ratio of first lay length of a first specific twisted pair to second lay length of a second specific twisted pair is in the range of 0.5 to 1.5.

POE CABLE

The present disclosure relates to a PoE cable which satisfies a Power-over-Ethernet plus (PoE+) power transmission characteristics and a data transmission rate of 1 Gbps without an amplification device, such as an additional hub, at a distance of up to 200 meters, and to which an existing commercial connector is applicable.

SHIELDED ELECTRIC CABLE
20230290542 · 2023-09-14 ·

A shielded electrical cable includes conductor sets extending along a length of the cable and spaced apart from each other along a width of the cable. First and second shielding films are disposed on opposite sides of the cable and include cover portions and pinched portions arranged such that, in transverse cross section, the cover portions of the films in combination substantially surround each conductor set. An adhesive layer bonds the shielding films together in the pinched portions of the cable. A transverse bending of the cable at a cable location of no more than 180 degrees over an inner radius of at most 2 mm causes a cable impedance of the selected insulated conductor proximate the cable location to vary by no more than 2 percent from an initial cable impedance measured at the cable location in an unbent configuration.

Data transmission cable

A data transmission cable includes a plurality of juxtaposed wires, a plastic layer enclosing on the wires integrally and a metallic shielding layer arranged on an outer side of the plastic layer. The metallic shielding layer defines a first shielding layer and a second shielding layer separated from each other and opposite to each other, the first shielding layer and the second shielding layer cover opposite sides of the plastic layer in a direction perpendicular to an arrangement direction of the wires, and both lateral edges of the first shielding layer and the second shielding layer in a width direction do not extend beyond the plastic layer.

METHOD FOR CENTER TWISTING WIRES
20230100799 · 2023-03-30 ·

A method of twisting a pair of wires includes the steps of arranging a first wire parallel to a second wire along a longitudinal axis, securing ends of the first and second wires, and gripping outer surfaces of central portions of the first and second wires. The inner surfaces of the central portions of the first and second wires are in contact with one another. The method further includes deflecting central portions of the first and second wires orthogonally from the longitudinal axis and rotating the central portions of the central portions of the first and second wires, thereby twisting the first and second wires about one another.

Cable having a pair of inner conductors and an inner insulating layer extrusion molded around the pair of inner conductors

A cable includes: a core wire; an insulating layer covering the core wire in an extrusion molding manner, a shielding layer covering the insulating layer, and a sheath covering the shielding layer, the core wire comprising a pair of inner conductors and the inner insulating layer of the pair of inner conductors are simultaneously covered by extrusion molding. Under the premise of ensuring impedance matching, the cable reduces the distance between the two conductors, so that the cable has lower insertion loss, and the overall size of the cable is also smaller, at the same time, the cable has a high-speed data transmission capability with a signal frequency greater than 40 GHz.

COMMUNICATIONS CABLES FOR AUTONOMOUS VEHICLES

A communications cable includes a bundle of strands. The bundle of strands includes an electrically insulative first strand, an electrically conductive second strand disposed adjacent to the first strand, an electrically conductive third strand disposed adjacent to the first strand and opposite the second strand, and one or more additional electrically insulative strands disposed adjacent to the first strand.

ELECTRIC CABLE

The present disclosure provides an electric cable, comprising two signal conductors, a resin insulating layer, an expanded polytetrafluoroethylene insulating film, an electromagnetic shielding film, two ground conductors, and a covering layer. The resin insulating layer covers the two signal conductors. The expanded polytetrafluoroethylene insulating film covers the resin insulating layer. The electromagnetic shielding film covers the expanded polytetrafluoroethylene insulating film. The two ground conductors are disposed at two sides of the electromagnetic shielding film. The cladding layer dads the electromagnetic shielding film and the two ground conductors. Through the expanded polytetrafluoroethylene insulating film, the electric cable can be applied to compact products, and the electric cable can be highly flexible such that the signal transmission performance would not be affected after being repeatedly bent.
