Multi-station machine for producing hybrid electrical wiring
A machine includes a first feeding station feeding at least one electrical wire, and a crimping station having at least one crimping tool. The machine further includes an insulation displacement connection (IDC) connection station, and a movable holding and transfer device having at least one actuator. The holding and transfer device receives an electrical wire from the first feeding station and transfers one or both ends of a first wire from the feeding station to one or both of the crimping station and the IDC connection station.
Electrical wiring harness assembly and process for manufacturing same
A wiring harness assembly includes a plurality of electrical conductors having wires enclosed within insulative sheaths that are integrally formed of an electrically insulative material. The assembly also includes a lattice support structure that is attached to the insulative sheaths at multiple locations. The lattice support structure is configured to maintain a desired shape of the assembly. The lattice support structure is formed of filaments that may be formed using an additive manufacturing process The filaments may be arranged such that lattice support structure defines a plurality of hexagonally shaped apertures. A process for manufacturing the wiring harness assembly and an apparatus configured to manufacture the wiring harness assembly is also presented.

A manufacturing apparatus for an enameled copper wire of the present disclosure includes: a coating material application section configured to apply a coating material to a surface of a conductor in traveling; a baking section configured to bake the conductor to which the coating material has been applied; and a dehumidifying section configured to set an absolute humidity in a space in which the manufacturing apparatus is installed to 18 g/m.sup.3 or less.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PROCESSING A PLURALITY OF ELECTRICAL WIRES
A device for processing electrical wires includes a feed-side holding device configured for simultaneously holding all the trailing ends of the wires, an extraction-side holding device which can be displaced along a linear guide direction and is configured for holding the leading end of the wires, and a transfer device for taking over the trailing ends of the wires from a feed device and for transferring the trailing ends of the wires to the feed-side holding device, wherein the extraction-side holding device is configured to twist the respective end of the wires that is held, and wherein the transfer device includes at least two cable grippers, which are configured to assume at least two different distances from each other. The feed-side holding device can be displaced in the extension direction of the wire bundle.
APPARATUS FOR NOTCHING ELECTRODE SHEET
An apparatus for notching an electrode sheet, the apparatus may include a transport part configured to transport an electrode sheet, and a laser part configured to include a plurality of laser parts disposed on the transport part and to irradiate a laser beam to notch the electrode sheet so as to form electrode tabs, wherein the laser parts may be spaced apart from each other in a moving direction of the electrode sheet, and each of the laser parts may irradiate a laser beam onto a certain area of the electrode sheet in a same pattern.
