Adapter and transformer thereof
An adapter is provided and having a circuit board, primary components and secondary components installed on the circuit board, a shielding plate disposed between the primary components and the secondary components, and a transformer installed on the circuit board. The transformer has a bobbin, an iron core set assembled with the bobbin, at least one movable pin, at least one first winding, and at least one second winding. The movable pin is able to be positioned at an upper position for allowing the iron core set to be assembled with the bobbin or for allowing the first winding and the second winding to be wound onto the winding portion, and the movable pin is able to be positioned at a lower position when the transformer is installed onto the circuit board. Thereby, the adapter can be assembled in an automated process with improved assembly efficiency and high production yields.
INSULATING DEVICE
An insulating device includes a first element, a second element, a first lead, a second lead, and a resin member. The second element is electrically connected to the first element. The first element is mounted on the first lead. The second lead includes a first surface and a second surface, the second surface being at a side opposite to the first surface. The second element is mounted to the first surface. the second lead is arranged to overlap the first element in a direction crossing the second surface of the second lead. The resin member seals the first element, the second element, the first lead, and the second lead.
Coil component
A coil component includes a support substrate, a first coil and a second coil disposed on the support substrate to be spaced apart from each other, and a body including a first core and a second core penetrating through the first coil portion and the second coil portion and spaced apart from each other. The first coil portion has a first winding portion, forming at least one turn about the first core, and a first extension portion extending from one end portion of the first winding portion to surround the first core and the second core. The second coil has a second winding portion, forming at least one turn about the second core, and a second extension portion extending from one end portion of the second winding portion to surround the first core and the second core. A separation distance between a given turn of the first coil portion and an adjacent turn of the second coil portion is different from a separation distance between adjacent turns of the first coil portion.
Coil component and method of manufacturing the same
Disclosed herein is a coil component that includes: a magnetic element body containing magnetic powder, the magnetic element body having first and second surfaces; a coil conductor embedded in the magnetic element body; and an external terminal connected to the coil conductor and exposed on the first surface of the magnetic element body. The second surface of the magnetic element body is free from the external terminal. The first surface is greater in surface roughness than the second surface.

Electromagnetic system including electromagnetic cells and an electromagnetic plate
Disclosed are electromagnetic cells assembled together. The plurality of Electromagnetic Cells are arranged in an electromagnetic plate, the electromagnetic plate can float or hover. The Electromagnetic Plate comprises an enclosure of a first set of alternating layers of electric and dielectric materials. The plurality of electromagnetic cells, each arranged in an individual socket embedded in the holding element inside the Electromagnetic plate, and each electromagnetic cell is comprised of a second set of alternating layers of electric and dielectric materials, and a holding cup cover that screws in to provide structural integrity and an electromagnetic core including a metal tube and electromagnetic coil. At the opening of the Electromagnetic Cell, a tube mechanism can be added which would allow certain liquids to be inserted inside of the cell. The cells heats up as a result of the electric current flowing through the coil inside of the cell, thus resulting in an increased temperature of such liquid.

Disclosed herein is a coil component that includes an insulating substrate, a first coil part formed on the first surface of the insulating substrate, and a second coil part formed on the second surface of the insulating substrate. At least an innermost turn of the first coil part is radially separated by spiral-shaped slits into three or more conductor parts. At least an innermost turn of the second coil part is radially separated by spiral-shaped slits into three or more conductor parts. Inner peripheral ends of respective innermost to outermost conductor parts of the three or more conductor parts of the first coil part are connected to inner peripheral ends of the respective outermost to innermost conductor parts of the three or more conductor parts of the second coil part.
Coil component
Disclosed herein is a coil component that includes a first coil part spirally wound in a plurality of turns, the first coil part including a first turn positioned at an innermost periphery and a second turn positioned on an outer peripheral side relative to the first turn; and a second coil part spirally wound in a plurality of turns, the second coil part including a third turn positioned at an innermost periphery and a fourth turn positioned on an outer peripheral side relative to the third turn. The first turn and the fourth turn are connected to each other, and the second turn and the third turn are connected to each other.

Apparatus, system, and method for increased current distribution on high-density circuit boards
The disclosed current-distribution inductor may include (1) a magnetic core and (2) a conductor electrically coupled between a power source and an electrical component of a circuit board, wherein the conductor comprises (A) a bend that passes through the magnetic core and (B) a flying lead that extends from the bend to the electrical component of the circuit board and runs parallel with the circuit board. Various other apparatuses, systems, and methods are also disclosed.
