Common mode filter for reducing differential mode signal converting to common mode signal
A common mode filter for reducing differential mode signal converting to common mode signal comprising: a core-cylinder, a first coil, and a second coil; wherein two ends of the core-cylinder respectively extend and set with a first flange and a second flange; wherein m.sub.1, m.sub.2, and m.sub.3 turns and n.sub.1, n.sub.2, and n.sub.3 turns are respectively and sequentially wound and set on the first winding portion, the second winding portion, and the third winding portion of the first winding area, the second winding area, and the third winding area of the first coil and the second coil. Therefore, the present invention can effectively reduce the mode conversion characteristic (Scd), and can also improve the noise reduction performance of the product; thereby greatly upgrading the practicality of the present invention; and the present invention has a simple process, therefore the product yield can be further upgraded to achieve the effect.
Coil component
A coil component includes a core including a winding core portion, a first flange portion, and a second flange portion, and a first wire and a second wire that are wound around the winding core portion in the same direction and that form a winding portion. The winding portion includes a second intersecting portion along a third side surface of the winding core portion at a position on the winding portion nearest to the second flange portion.
Coil component with turns having differences in heights at corner portions
A coil component includes a body and a coil portion embedded in the body and having a plurality of turns wound about an axis. Each of the plurality of turns includes a plurality of corner portions adjacent to corners of the body, and at least one connection portion connecting adjacent corner portions among the plurality of corner portions, and a difference in heights, measured in the direction of the axis, between an innermost turn and a turn adjacent to the innermost turn, among the plurality of turns, is greater in the corner portion than in the connection portion.
Coil component
Disclosed herein is a coil component that includes a first coil part spirally wound in a plurality of turns, the first coil part including a first turn positioned at an innermost periphery and a second turn positioned on an outer peripheral side relative to the first turn; and a second coil part spirally wound in a plurality of turns, the second coil part including a third turn positioned at an innermost periphery and a fourth turn positioned on an outer peripheral side relative to the third turn. The first turn and the fourth turn are connected to each other, and the second turn and the third turn are connected to each other.
Common mode filter
Disclosed herein is a common mode filter that includes: a winding core part including first and second winding areas and a third winding area positioned between the first and second winding areas; and first and second wires wound in a same direction around the winding core part. The first and second wires constitute a first winding block wound in the first winding area and a second winding block wound in the second winding area. The first and second wires cross each other in the third winding area. Each of the first and second winding blocks has first and second winding layers. The difference in a number of turns between the first winding layer and the second winding layer is larger in the first winding block than in the second winding block.
Coil component
A coil component includes a drum core and first and second wires. The first wire includes a first extending portion. The second wire includes a third extending portion. The first and third extending portions are not in contact with each other. Each of the first and second wires includes a coat including a first region and a second region. The coat in the first and third extending portions is the second region at least in part. The coat is the first region at a contacting point where the first and second wires are in contact for the first time from a first flange portion in the drum core.
Coil component
Disclosed herein is a coil component that includes a winding core part and first and second wires wound around the winding core part. The first and second wires constitute at least three winding layers on the winding core part. The same turns of the first and second wires are positioned in mutually different winding layers over a plurality of turns.
8-shaped inductive coil device
An 8-shaped inductive coil device that includes a first and a second spiral coils and a connection segment structure is provided. The first spiral coil includes first metal segments and crossing connection segments disposed at a first and a second metal layers respectively and includes first connection terminals. The second spiral coil includes second connection terminals. The connection segment structure electrically couples the first and the second connection terminals. The first and the second spiral coils are disposed along an imaginary line passing through a central region of each of ranges surrounded by the first and the second spiral coils. The connection segment structure and the crossing connection segments electrically couple the part of the first metal segments substantially vertical to the imaginary line, and the connection segment structure and the crossing connection segments are disposed substantially on the imaginary line.
Coil component
Disclosed herein is a coil component that includes a winding core part and a wire wound around the winding core part. An i-th turn (i is an integer equal to or larger than 1) to a j-th turn (j is an integer equal to or larger than (i+2)) of the wire are wound in this order around the winding core part in an aligned state. A (j-th+1) turn of the wire is wound around a valley line formed by the i-th turn and a (i-th+1) turn. A (j-th+2) turn of the wire is wound adjacent to the j-th turn around the winding core part.
Coil and method of making same
A coil for transfer of information or energy is described. The coil includes an electrically conductive magnetically insulative first layer and a magnetically conductive second layer bonded to the first layer along the length of the first layer. The first and second layers are wound to form a plurality of substantially concentric loops. A width and a length of the second layer may be substantially co-extensive with a respective width and length of the first layer so as to expose opposing longitudinal edge surfaces of the first layer along the length of the first layer. At least one of the opposing longitudinal edge surfaces may include a regular pattern extending substantially along a same first direction and across substantially the entire coil. A method of making the coil is described.
