TOUCH CONTROL KEYBOARD
20170316899 · 2017-11-02 ·

A touch control keyboard includes a plurality of keycaps, a plurality of touch key parts, a plurality pairs of conductive distributions, a first circuit board, and a second circuit board. An upper part of each keycap includes a touch key part having a coupling capacitor. The touch key parts and the pair of conductive distributions and the first circuit board are electrically connected. The first circuit board detects the coupling capacitors of the touch key parts by using the pair of conductive distributions to generate a first key signal. The second circuit board detects keystrokes of the keycaps to generate a second key signal.

METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ELECTRODE MATERIAL AND ELECTRODE MATERIAL

What is disclosed is an electrode material including a sintered body containing a heat resistant element and Cr and being infiltrated with a highly conductive material. A powder mixture of a heat resistant element powder and a Cr powder is subjected to a provisional sintering in advance, thereby causing solid phase diffusion of the heat resistant element and Cr. After a Mo—Cr solid solution obtained by the provisional sintering is pulverized, the pulverized Mo—Cr solid solution powder is molded and sintered. A sintered body obtained by sintering is subjected to a HIP treatment. The highly conductive metal is disposed on the sintered body after the HIP treatment, and infiltrated into the sintered body by heating at a predetermined temperature. By conducting the HIP treatment, the withstand voltage capability and current-interrupting capability of the electrode material are improved.

PROCESS FOR PRODUCING ELECTRODE MATERIAL, AND ELECTRODE MATERIAL

A process for producing an electrode material by infiltrating a highly conductive metal such as Cu into a porous object containing heat-resistant elements. Before an infiltration step in which the highly conductive metal is infiltrated, a HIP treatment is given to a powder containing the heat-resistant elements (or to a molded object obtained by molding a powder containing the heat-resistant elements). The composition is controlled so that the HIP treatment yields a porous object which has a degree of filling of 70% or higher, more preferably 75% or higher. The highly conductive metal is infiltrated into the porous object having the controlled composition.

Vacuum interrupter and high-voltage switching assembly

A vacuum interrupter includes a housing having at least one annular ceramic insulating element which forms a vacuum chamber. A contact system has two contacts which are movable relative to one another. A capacitive element has two electrodes and a dielectric material disposed between the electrodes. The capacitive element is form-lockingly mounted on the insulating element and has a capacitance between 400 pF and 4000 pF. A high-voltage switching assembly including the vacuum interrupter is also provided.

11251004 · 2022-02-15 · ·

A vacuum circuit breaker comprises a vacuum interrupter operable between a closed state and an open state, and an actuator. The actuator comprises a piezoelectric driving element that is expandable and contractable along an expansion axis in response to an electrical input signal. The actuator further comprises a mechanical amplifying structure extendable along an actuation axis and being mechanically coupled to the piezoelectric driver such that expansion or contraction of said piezoelectric driving element causes the amplifying structure to extend or retract along the actuation axis. The mechanical amplifying structure is coupled to the vacuum interrupter for operating the vacuum interrupter between said closed and open states.
