Power-saving earphone

A power-saving earphone includes a casing, an audio member, a sensing member, and an elastic soft sheath. The casing has first and second grounding paths provided separately. The audio member is disposed in the casing and includes a processing unit electrically connected with the first grounding path. The sensing member includes a controlling unit electrically connected with the second grounding path. The elastic soft sheath is disposed on the casing and capable of being elastically deformed by an external force. When the elastic soft sheath is not deformed, the first and second grounding paths form an open circuit. When the elastic soft sheath is elastically deformed by the external force, the elastic soft sheath electrically connects the first and second grounding paths, enabling the sensing member to function.

SIMPLIFIED VEHICLE DOOR SWITCH DEVICE WITH A LARGE ACTUATING SURFACE
20190112842 · 2019-04-18 ·

A switch actuating device (1) for a vehicle door includes an actuating element (10) with an actuating surface (11), a mechanical switch (20) and a mechanism (30). The switch is secured on a first component/component group (31). A lever (32) is mounted for pivot in relation to the first component/component group (31). A first region (32.2) of the lever is connected to a first part of the actuating element (10) via a first articulation (10.1).A second part of the actuating element (10) is mounted on the first component/component group (31) via a second articulation (10.2). The actuating element (10) bends when the actuating surface (11) is subjected to manual pressure causing the distance between the first articulation (10.1) and the second articulation (10.2) to shorten, which causes the lever (32) to pivot toward the switch such that the switch is switched.

COMPRESSIBLE HOUSING

Examples relate to a compressible housing. An electronic switch may include a circuit board. A first conductive surface may be coupled to the circuit board and a second conductive surface may be located proximate to the first conductive surface. A compressible spacer may be located between the first conductive surface and the second conductive surface to space the first conductive surface away from the second conductive surface. Further, a compressible housing may deform when under compression and may cause, via deformation of the compressible spacer, the first conductive surface to contact the second conductive surface.

Physical Barrier Breach Sensor
20180330896 · 2018-11-15 ·

A physical barrier breach sensor is disclosed that contains a frangible material that, upon displacement, opens a microswitch that de-energizes power or stops the flow of electricity to an electrical device. Displacement of the frangible material causes activation of the sensor, such as due to a vehicle colliding with a streetlight pole containing the sensor. The device is omnidirectional, operating regardless of direction of impact from the vehicle or activation, and has the ability to disconnect power when, for example, a streetlight pole or other structure (e.g., a parking gate) falls or breaks due to a shearing impact (such as a vehicle collision) or due to tension created by wind or weight failure.

Steering wheel switch device

A steering switch device, which is mounted on a steering wheel, includes a linear switch that includes a hollow insulator having restorability and two electrode wires arranged spirally along an inner surface of a hollow part in the hollow insulator while being kept not in contact with each other, wherein a winding pitch coiling spirally the electrode wires is at least not more than 10 mm, and a detecting device that detects a press of the linear switch by sensing a contact of the electrode wires. The linear switch is arranged so as to be along at least part of a surface of the steering wheel.

An earphone device includes first and second earphone bodies into which respective electro-acoustic transducers are built; first and second cables, one end of each of which is connected to the respective earphone body and within each of which a switch member to be turned on by one-way press is disposed over a predetermined range along the length direction of the cable so that the cable has switch functions; wherein a switch is shunted into two switches by the first and second cables, portions of the first and second cables having switch functions are arranged one on top of the other, and an overlapped portion is unidirectionally pressed to simultaneously turn on the respective switches. In addition, a sound-reproducing system is configured by combining a mobile terminal which operates in conjunction with this earphone device.

Actuation device, vehicle and a method for actuation

An actuation device for mounting on a vehicle part, in particular in the form of a door or a hinged closure element, is provided. The subject actuation device includes: an electrical switch having at least one switching element for triggering a vehicle function; and a housing unit having at least a first and a second housing portion, which at least partly form a housing interior, in which the switching element is arranged, the second housing portion being movable, at least in some regions, relative to the first housing portion from an idle position into an actuation position in order to actuate the switching element. A vehicle and an actuation method are also provided.
