HIGH-VOLTAGE DC RELAY
A high-voltage DC relay convenient for quick assembly includes a housing, and load leading-out terminals, coil leading-out terminals and auxiliary leading-out terminals being provided with a connecting part for electrical connection with an external component. The connecting parts are respectively exposed to the housing; the connecting part of the load leading-out terminal is arranged at a top end of the housing; and the connecting parts of the coil leading-out terminal and the auxiliary leading-out terminal is arranged at a bottom end of the housing. Each connecting part has a welding plane for electrical connection with a corresponding one of the external components through quick welding. The present disclosure can realize the rapid welding assembly of products, maximize production efficiency of assembly and welding, and has characteristics of simple structure, low manufacturing cost and reliable electrical connection.
Linkage mechanism, base, and surge protection device
Disclosed in the present invention are a linkage mechanism, a base, and a surge protection device. The linkage mechanism comprises a linkage swing rod and transmission components, wherein the linkage swing rod is arranged to be rotatably connected, and is provided with a trigger portion capable of triggering a switch when rotating and at least two stress portions arranged spaced apart from each other on one side of an axis of rotation of the linkage swing rod; one transmission component is arranged corresponding to each of the stress portions; and the transmission components are arranged in such a way that any of the transmission components applies a pushing force to the stress portion to rotate the linkage swing rod, and thus the trigger portion triggers the switch. According to the surge protecting device using the linkage mechanism provided in the present invention, a module failure signal can be sent out when any surge protection module fails under the condition where only one microswitch is arranged, which not only simplifies the structure of the surge protecting device and reduces the volume, but also reduces the cost.
SWITCH SYSTEM
In a switch system including a set temperature UP switch that raises a set temperature of an air conditioner unit and a set temperature DOWN switch that lowers the set temperature, when a stuck-ON determination unit determines that only the set temperature UP switch is in a stuck-ON state, a stuck-ON recognition unit also sets the set temperature DOWN switch as being in a stuck-ON state. This makes it possible to eliminate a malfunction caused by only one of the switches becoming stuck ON.
METHOD FOR DETERMINING AN ESTIMATED TRAVEL CURVE OF AN INTERRUPTER UNIT, AND INTERRUPTER UNIT FOR A GAS-INSULATED HIGH OR MEDIUM VOLTAGE DEVICE
The invention relates to a computer implemented method for determining an estimated travel curve of an interrupter unit of a high or medium voltage device, including the steps ofreceiving a reference travel curve for the interrupter unit of the high or medium voltage device, wherein the reference travel curve describes relative positions of arcing contacts of the interrupter unit with regard to each other over time during an opening and/or closing operation of the interrupter unit, receiving auxiliary switch data representing transition timepoints of an auxiliary switch A and transition timepoints of an auxiliary switch B of the interrupter unit during opening and/or closing operation, wherein the auxiliary switch data has been acquired by performing multiple opening and/or closing operations of the interrupter unit, and determining an estimated travel curve by taking the received reference travel curve and the received auxiliary switch data into account.
