Home Monitoring and Control System
This application is directed to a home monitoring and control system including a doorbell installed at a door of a home. The doorbell has a button configured to, upon being touched, depressed or activated, wirelessly initiate a first communication to indicate presence of a person at the door. The doorbell also has a camera configured to capture video data within a field of view, and a processor configured to cause a communication component to enable the first communication and wirelessly stream via a remote server the video data captured by the camera to a monitoring device associated with an occupant of the home. A rechargeable battery is coupled to a housing wire and configured to be charged via the housing wire, and the doorbell is configured to charge and discharge the rechargeable battery based on power usage of the doorbell.
INTELLIGENT SWITCH
Disclosed is an intelligent switch for controlling a load configured on an AC system whether or not to obtain power for operation, and the load line and neutral wire of the AC system are connected to the load respectively. The intelligent switch includes a power-on unit, a remote controller and a load controller, wherein the power-on unit is used for connecting a live wire and the load line of the AC system, so as to control the circuit on/off of the live wire and the load line, and to supply DC to the remote controller, so that the remote controller accumulates electric energy for operation, the load controller is used for controlling the operation of the load, the remote controller is used for wireless remote control of the load controller, so as to control the load.
INTELLIGENT SWITCH
Disclosed is an intelligent switch for controlling a load configured on an AC system whether or not to obtain power for operation, and the load line and neutral wire of the AC system are connected to the load respectively. The intelligent switch includes a power-on unit, a remote controller and a load controller, wherein the power-on unit is used for connecting a live wire and the load line of the AC system, so as to control the circuit on/off of the live wire and the load line, and to supply DC to the remote controller, so that the remote controller accumulates electric energy for operation, the load controller is used for controlling the operation of the load, the remote controller is used for wireless remote control of the load controller, so as to control the load.
Touch sensor unit
A touch sensor unit, that is installed on one of an opening provided in a vehicle and an opening and closing body configured to open and close the opening, includes: a touch sensor having a long sensor body; and a bracket configured to hold the touch sensor in a longitudinal direction of the sensor body and fixed to one of the opening and the opening and closing body. One of the touch sensor and the bracket includes an inserting portion including a locking piece, the other of the touch sensor and the bracket includes a holding portion including a locking portion locked to the locking piece and configured to accommodate the inserting portion, and one of the inserting portion and the holding portion is made of an elastomer having an elastic modulus lower than that of the other.
Touch sensor unit
A touch sensor unit, that is installed on one of an opening provided in a vehicle and an opening and closing body configured to open and close the opening, includes: a touch sensor having a long sensor body; and a bracket configured to hold the touch sensor in a longitudinal direction of the sensor body and fixed to one of the opening and the opening and closing body. One of the touch sensor and the bracket includes an inserting portion including a locking piece, the other of the touch sensor and the bracket includes a holding portion including a locking portion locked to the locking piece and configured to accommodate the inserting portion, and one of the inserting portion and the holding portion is made of an elastomer having an elastic modulus lower than that of the other.
TEMPERATURE SENSOR INSTALLING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR POWER RELAY ASSEMBLY
A temperature sensor installing device for a power relay assembly is configured to be attached to a lower surface of a bus bar attached to a heating surface of the power relay assembly. The temperature sensor installing device includes: a body housing; a temperature sensor insertion recess formed in an upper portion of the body housing and accommodating a temperature sensor such that a temperature sensing surface of the temperature sensor faces upward; and a nut insertion recess formed in the upper portion of the body housing and accommodating a nut.
TEMPERATURE SENSOR INSTALLING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR POWER RELAY ASSEMBLY
A temperature sensor installing device for a power relay assembly is configured to be attached to a lower surface of a bus bar attached to a heating surface of the power relay assembly. The temperature sensor installing device includes: a body housing; a temperature sensor insertion recess formed in an upper portion of the body housing and accommodating a temperature sensor such that a temperature sensing surface of the temperature sensor faces upward; and a nut insertion recess formed in the upper portion of the body housing and accommodating a nut.
SWITCHGEAR HAVING A MOUNTING BASE WITH AN INTERNAL ARC PATHWAY
A mounting base or a riser base for a switchgear is provided with side interior openings to provide an internal arc pathway through which arc gasses or plasma are safely discharged to an outside air. The mounting base includes a front wall having a first end and a second end, a rear wall having a first end and a second end, a first side channel connecting the first end of the front wall to the first end of the rear wall, a second side channel connecting the second end of the front wall to the second end of the rear wall, and forming the mounting base having a central open area in a first section of a switchgear that is adjacent a second section of the switchgear. The mounting base further includes at least one opening in the first side channel for the passage of an arc from the first section of the switchgear to the second section of the switchgear, and thereby forming the mounting base with the internal arc pathway.
SWITCHGEAR HAVING A MOUNTING BASE WITH AN INTERNAL ARC PATHWAY

Gesture-based control device for controlling an electrical load
A control device may be configured to control one or more electrical loads in a load control system. The control device may be a wall-mounted device such as dimmer switch, a remote control device, or a retrofit remote control device. The control device may include a gesture-based user interface for applying advanced control over the one or more electrical loads. The types of control may include absolute and relative control, intensity and color control, preset, zone, or operational mode selection, etc. Feedback may be provided on the control device regarding a status of the one or more electrical loads or the control device.
