A slide switch includes a housing, two guiding slots, a slider, a push button, a first switch, a second switch, a third switch and two stopping blocks. Two middles of two inner surfaces of the housing protrude inward to form two supporting portions. A horizontal sliding path is formed among the two guiding slots and the two supporting portions. The slider is mounted between the two guiding slots. The push button is perpendicularly mounted to the slider. The first switch is positioned to one side of the sliding path. The second switch is positioned to the other side of the sliding path. The third switch is positioned to a center of the sliding path. The two stopping blocks are positioned at two opposite sides of the sliding path, respectively.

A slide switch includes a circuit board assembly, a sensing element and a slider member. The circuit board assembly has an opening. The sensing element is installed on the circuit board assembly and electrically connected with the circuit board assembly. The slider member is movably connected with the circuit board assembly. The slider member is movable along the circuit board assembly. The slider member includes a slider plate and a supporting post. The supporting post is protruded from the slider plate. The slider plate includes a pressing part for pressing the sensing element. The supporting post is movable to a position within the opening. Consequently, the layout space of the slide switch is saved.

A circuit board enclosure comprises a circuit breaker, platform, base, cover, and circuit board. The circuit breaker includes two conductors and a plate, which is connected to the conductors. The platform receives the circuit breaker. The base has a bottom member and an opening arranged in the bottom member. The base receives the platform with the circuit breaker such that the plate of the circuit breaker is accommodated substantially within the opening of the bottom member. The cover is configured to cover the base and form an interior space. The interior space accommodates the platform, the circuit breaker, and the circuit board. The circuit board is connected to the circuit breaker. The circuit board enclosure can be adhered to a substantially planar surface. The plate is configured such that removal of the circuit board enclosure from the substantially planar surface will damage the connection of the plate to the conductors.

PROGRAM SWITCH AND MODULAR PROGRAM SWITCH ARRANGEMENT FOR MOUNTING ON A PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SUCH A PROGRAM SWITCH ARRANGEMENT

The invention relates to a program switch for mounting on a printed circuit board comprising a housing, an insulator component with contact elements arranged thereon, and a switching element for contacting the contact elements. The housing has at least two connection elements for connecting the program switch to adjacent program switches to form a program switch arrangement having an arbitrary number of poles. Production and stock keeping and sale of the program switch are simple.

Wall-plate-switch system and method

In one example, a wall plate may have or include an electrical circuit. The electrical circuit may include a switch and a light sensor supported on a base in the form of a circuit board. A switch cover may cover the light sensor and selectively move with respect to the base through a first range of motion. The switch cover may actuate the switch, when moving through the first range of motion. Additionally, the switch cover may be transparent or semitransparent to enable light to pass through and reach the light sensor regardless of where the switch cover is within the first range of motion.

Multifunction key and electronic device with multifunction key

A multifunction key includes a key member, a conductive member, and a circuit baseboard. A portion of the key member extends out from a shell of an electronic device; the conductive member is fixed on a bottom of the key member. The conductive member includes a first protrusion member and a second protrusion member. One surface of the circuit baseboard includes a conductive layer and a resistance layer respectively contacting the first and the second protrusion member. Another surface of the circuit baseboard includes a first and second conductive terminal respectively connected to the conductive layer and the resistance layer. The conductive layer, resistance layer, first and second conductive terminal, conductive member, and an internal circuit of the electronic device form a circuit loop. When the key member moves, a resistance value of the resistance layer within in the circuit loop is changed and produces a corresponding key command.
