A high-current switch for circuits above 25 amperes having an extended rotary knob supporting a PCB safely distant from the heat source of the high-current being switched. The PCB carries LEDs, a voltage meter, and a microprocessor to control LEDs OFF when the rotary knob is in the OFF position, ON when the rotary knob is in the ON position, and flashing when the switch circuit voltage falls below a predetermined value. Various colors of LEDs may be used, with a difference between the flashing color and the ON color. The PCB is covered by a windowed cover at the top of the knob.

Automatic transfer switch utilizing back-to-back mounted molded case circuit breakers or molded case switches to connect a load to a normal power source and a standby power source

An automatic transfer switch (ATS) utilizing molded case circuit breakers (MCCB) or molded case switches (MCS) to connect and disconnect an electrical load to a Normal power source and a Standby power source. The ATS comprising two MCCB or MCS mounted back-to-back one connected to a Normal power source and the other to a Standby power source. Bus bars electrically connect the poles on the load side of the MCCB or MCS connecting the ATS to a load. A rotating cam drive mechanism drives Toggle Levers with attached stored energy opening springs toggles to open and close the MCCB or MCS through the leverage of fulcrum points. A ratchet mounted on the output shaft of a unidirectional gear motor rotates the cam drive mechanism. An interlock bar prevents both MCCB from closing at the same time.

The invention concerns a lighting control console (01) for controlling a lighting system, digital adjusting commands being generated in the lighting control console (01), said adjusting commands being able to be transmitted to the lighting devices of the lighting system via data links, and said lighting control console (01) comprising at least one digital processor and at least one digital memory for generating, managing and storing the adjusting commands, and said lighting control console (01) comprising at least one display device (02, 03), and graphic elements being able to be graphically depicted for users at the display device (02, 03), and at least one rotary control (5) being provided in the control panel of the lighting control console (01), input values being able to be input by the user by adjusting an illuminable rotary knob (7) in a rotatory manner, at least one light source for illuminating the rotary knob (07) being provided in the housing (13) of the lighting control console (01), a light conducting element comprising at least one light entry surface and at least one light exit surface being provided in said rotary knob (07), and the light of the light source being able to be coupled into the light conducting element at the light entry surface, and the light being able to exit from the light conducting element at the light exit surface so as to illuminate the rotary knob (7) from the inside.

Operation device

An operation device includes a scroll wheel, a portion of which projects from an opening of an operation surface. The scroll wheel is configured to be rotated by an operator. The scroll wheel includes a ring member that is formed by a light transmissive member, which is configured to transmit light. The operation device includes: a light source that is configured to generate light for nighttime illumination; a wheel illumination light guide member that is configured to guide the light, which is outputted from the light source, to the scroll wheel; and a metal film that is formed at an inner peripheral surface of the ring member.

Keyboard with adjustable feedback

Keyboards, input devices, and related systems include key mechanisms with keycaps and actuators that provide adjustable feedback in response to user input. The actuators are controllable to provide variable tactile force or audible feedback that is dependent upon the user input. Encoders are able to transduce a location or relative position of a keycap as it is being pressed over time, and a signal is provided to actuators to cause them to provide feedback corresponding to the position of the keycap as it moves. The feedback can change the feel or sound of the keycap based on the keycap positions, time of operation, velocity, user identity, and other factors. Thus, the feel or sound of a keyboard or related input device can be adjusted electronically for efficient testing and increased user customization and feedback modes.
