Switch Assembly with Multi-Function Compound Switches
In one aspect, a switch assembly includes a switch housing that includes one or more compound switches, each comprising a first switch and a second switch embedded within the first switch. Each compound switch includes a first subassembly of constituent parts that includes the first switch and implements a first switching function. Each compound switch also includes a second subassembly of constituent parts embedded within and carried by the first subassembly of constituent parts. The second subassembly of constituent parts includes the second switch and implements a second switching function that is distinct from the first switching function. The switch assembly includes one or more extended plungers and corresponding guiding features that advantageously allow for the use of a single keypad and PCB with respect to the compound switches.
Button with flexible light conductor
A button assembly configured to be illuminated is provided. The button assembly includes a movable button having a viewing surface and a back side. The button has portions defining a window in the viewing surface. A flexible light conductor is disposed on the back side of the button. The flexible light conductor has an inlet end configured to receive light, and the flexible light conductor has a light-emitting portion disposed adjacent to the window. The flexible light conductor is configured to conduct light from the inlet end to the light-emitting portion. The light-emitting portion is configured to emit light so that the light is visible through the window.
MOTOR VEHICLE OPERATING DEVICE WITH SOUND-GENERATING SWITCHING ELEMENT
An operating device includes a casing, an operating button arranged at the casing for the manual actuation of the operating device, and a printed circuit board that is arranged in the casing. A switching element is mechanically coupled to the operating button and arranged on the printed circuit board. The switching element produces a pronounced sound when the operating button is actuated. To this end, next to the switching element, the printed circuit board is mechanically connected to the casing by at least one support element and each support element is designed to stabilize the printed circuit board against a tremor that is produced by the switching element when producing the sound.
ROCKER DEVICE AND CONTROLLER
Disclosed are a rocker device and a controller. The rocker device includes a mounting base and a rocker assembly, the mounting base is provided with a first accommodating cavity with an opening, the mounting base is configured to connect with the controller, the rocker assembly is provided in the first accommodating cavity and snapped with the mounting base, the rocker assembly is configured to electrically connect with the controller to achieve multi-directional control.
POWER WINDOW SWITCH APPARATUS
A power window switch apparatus includes: a switch housing; a first knob pivotally mounted on the switch housing by a first pivot pin; and a second knob pivotally mounted on the switch housing by a second pivot pin. In particular, a top surface of the second knob is located higher than a top surface of the first knob.
