FLEXIBLE CONDUCTOR FOR DISCONNECTOR AND THE DISCONNECTOR THEREOF

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a flexible conductor for connecting a main blade and a base of a disconnector. The flexible conductor includes a first portion and a second portion, the first portion is fixed to the base and adapted to bend in a first plane in response to a rotation of the main blade about a first axis; and the second portion is connected to the first portion and fixed to the main blade, the second portion adapted to bend in a second plane substantially perpendicular to the first plane in response to twisting of the main blade about a second axis; wherein the flexible conductor is operable to maintain an electrical connection between the main blade and the base when the main blade rotates and twists with respect to the base to open or close the disconnector.

In a switch in which one end portion of a blade is pivotally attached to a fixed contactor and another end portion of the blade is brought into pressure contact with a fixed contactor by rotational operation of the blade, at least one slit is provided in each of a conductive contact surface, with respect to the fixed contactor, of the one end portion of the blade and a conductive contact surface, with respect to the fixed contactor, of the other end portion of the blade, so as to divide each of the conductive contact surfaces, thereby achieving multi-point contact on each of the conductive contact surfaces, and a thickness of a contact-pressure spring fixing portion of the blade at which a contact-pressure spring for bringing the other end portion into pressure contact with the fixed contactor is made smaller than that of the other end portion.

SWITCHGEAR

A switchgear includes a movable part capable of reciprocating movement in first and second directions, a movable contact coupled to the movable part and capable of reciprocating movement relative to the movable part, a biasing member that biases the movable contact, a latch part capable of switching between a first state in which movement of the movable contact in the first direction is restricted and a second state in which movement of the movable contact in the first direction is permitted, and a fixed contact provided on a side of the first direction with respect to the movable contact. When the movable part and the movable contact move in the first direction, after movement for a predetermined distance, the movement of the movable contact is restricted by the latch part in the first state, and then, when the movable part has moved further in the first direction, the latch part is switched to the second state.

A switch for a medium voltage or high voltage switchgear includes: a first fixed contact; a second fixed contact; a moveable contact; at least one flexible link; and a contact drive. In an on state of the switch, the moveable contact is in a position that connects the first fixed contact to the second fixed contact. In an off state of the switch, the moveable contact is in a position where the first fixed contact is not connected to the second fixed contact. The at least one flexible link is connected to the moveable contact. The at least one flexible link engages with the contact drive. The contact drive pulls the moveable contact via the at least one flexible link and pushes the moveable contact via the at least one flexible link. Activation of the contact drive in a first mode moves the moveable contact.
