DROPOUT RECLOSER
A dropout recloser is capable of in accordance with its operating programming after a predetermined number of fault interrupting operations, e.g., 1, 2, 3 or more but typically 3, to drop out of a cutout and hang freely in a hinge contact of the cutout providing sectionalization with an observable visible gap. The recloser includes fault interrupting and reclosing components, a drop out mechanism and a controller. The drop out mechanism may include a bi-stable actuator to affect fault interrupting operation and dropout operation. The device may include motion limiting structures. The recloser may have a number of operating modes or sequences.
Pivot supporting structure and circuit breaker
A pivot supporting structure for a circuit breaker and a circuit breaker. The pivot supporting structure includes: a supporting body having a supporting hole for receiving and pivotally supporting a pivot pin connected to an actuating mechanism of the circuit breaker, wherein at least one strain gauge are mounted to the supporting body for sensing the force acting on the pivot supporting structure by the actuating mechanism. This pivot supporting structure can accurately sense the characteristic force applied, such that the contact force and mechanical characteristics of the circuit breaker can be on-line monitored.
MOUNTABLE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
A system for an electrical power distribution network includes a plurality of electrical apparatuses, each electrical apparatus including a mechanical connection and at least one electrical connector; and a single-piece unitary support configured to receive and hold the plurality of electrical apparatuses, the support including: a frame including a plurality of mechanical interfaces, each of the mechanical interfaces configured to receive and hold a mechanical connection of one of the plurality of electrical apparatus; a cover extending from a side of the frame; and a panel integrated with the frame, the panel including a plurality of electrical interfaces, each of the plurality of electrical interfaces configured to couple to an electrical connector of one of the electrical apparatuses, the cover positioned over the panel.

Electrical switch gear assemblies with folding frames and methods of installing
An electrical switch gear assembly is provided. The assembly includes two or more insulators, a frame, and a single pivot axis. The two or more insulators are connected to the frame. The frame has a first beam and a second beam with the single pivot axis securing the first and second beams to one another so that the first and second beams can move in a scissors action between a folded state and an unfolded state about the single pivot axis.

VACUUM HIGH VOLTAGE LIVE TANK CIRCUIT BREAKER FREE OF FLUID
A circuit breaker apparatus has a vacuum interrupter having a fixed contact and a movable contact therein, a first actuator cooperative with the movable contact so as to move the movable contact away from the fixed contact, a support insulator supporting the vacuum interrupter and adapted to insulate the vacuum interrupter from ground, a rod having one end connected to the first actuator and positioned exterior of the support insulator, and a second actuator connected to or adjacent to an opposite end of the rod. The second actuator moves the rod such that the first actuator moves the movable contact away from the fixed contact so as to open the circuit. The vacuum interrupter has a vacuum interior within a hollow insulator body.
