Protective circuit and display device
This application provides a protective circuit and a display device. The protective circuit includes a control line, a transmission line, and an active switch. The control line transmits a control signal; the transmission line includes an input line and an output line; and a control end of the active switch is electrically coupled to the control line, a first end of the active switch is connected to the input line, and a second end of the active switch is connected to the output line. A protected wire is arranged between the input line and the output line.
TEMPERATURE-DEPENDENT SWITCH
A temperature-dependent switch which comprises a first and a second stationary counter contact and a temperature-dependent switching mechanism having a current transfer member. The switching mechanism, depending on its temperature, either closes the switch by pressing the current transfer member against the first and the second counter contact and thereby establishing an electrically conductive connection between the two counter contacts via the current transfer member, or opens the switch by keeping the current transfer member at a distance from the first and the second counter contact and thereby interrupting the electrically conductive connection. A closing lock is provided, which keeps the switch open when it has been opened for the first time. The closing lock comprises a spring washer which directly interacts with the current transfer member and mechanically locks the latter permanently when the switch has been opened for the first time so that the switch remains permanently open.
TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER WITH THERMAL PROTECTION
A temperature controller with thermal protection includes an action unit and a thermal fuse device that are tightly adjacent and connected in series, wherein the action unit includes a movable contact device and a fixed contact device; the movable contact device includes a bimetallic strip and a movable contact; the fixed contact device includes a fixed contact configured to be correspondingly in contact with the movable contact; the movable contact and the fixed contact are disconnected or connected under an action of the bimetallic strip; and an action temperature of the thermal fuse device is higher than an action temperature of the bimetallic strip.
BREAKER AND SAFETY CIRCUIT EQUIPPED WITH THE SAME
A breaker 1 has a fixed piece 2 having a fixed contact 20, a movable piece 4 having a movable contact 41 and pressing the movable contact 41 against the fixed contact 20 to contact therewith, a thermally-actuated element 5 deforming with a change in the temperature so as to shift the movable piece 4 from a conduction state in which the movable contact 41 contacts with the fixed contact 20 to a turn-off state in which the movable contact 41 is separated from the fixed contact 20, a PCT thermistor 6 providing an electrical conduction between the movable piece 4 and the fixed piece 2 when the movable piece 4 is in the above-said turn-off state, and a resin case 10 accommodating the fixed piece 2, the movable piece 4, the thermally-actuated element 5, and the PCT thermistor 6. The fixed piece 2 has a contacting portion 27 contacting with the PCT thermistor 6, and the case 10 has a bottom surface 76 and a concave portion 77 which is recessed from the bottom surface 76 toward the PCT thermistor 6 across the fixed piece 2. In a planar view when the fixed piece 2 is viewed from the PCT thermistor 6, the contacting portion 27 is disposed within the concave portion 77.
ELECTRICAL MAINS PLUG
An electrical mains plug having a body formed of an electrically insulating material is described. Two contact pins are arranged parallel to one another and which project out of the body at a first side thereof, and inside the body are connected or can be connected in each case to an electrical conductor which leads out or can be led out of the body at a second side thereof. The thermal bimetallic element is provided as a temperature sensor, said thermal bimetallic element being a constituent part of the thermal bimetallic switch which is associated with at least one of two contact pins. An electrical connection cable suitable therefor and an electrical device connected thereto are also described.
Surge protective device modules and systems including same
A surge protective device (SPD) module includes a varistor and an electrical conductor. The varistor includes a hole defined therein and extending through the varistor. The electrical conductor extends through the hole in the varistor.
Temperature-dependent switch
A temperature-dependent switch comprising first and second stationary contacts and a temperature-dependent switching mechanism having a movable contact member. The switching mechanism, in its first switching position, presses the contact member against the first contact and thereby produces an electrically conductive connection and, in its second switching position, keeps the contact member spaced apart from the first contact and thereby disconnects the electrically conductive connection. The switch further comprises a closing lock that, as soon as it is activated, prevents the switch once having opened from closing again. The closing lock comprises a locking element having a shape-memory alloy and an opening through which the movable contact member protrudes. The locking element is configured to change its shape upon exceeding a locking element switching temperature and activate the closing lock, which holds the switching mechanism in its second switching position.
