20220059305 · 2022-02-24 · ·

A relay device includes a positive terminal, a negative terminal spaced from the positive terminal, and a movable terminal that moves between a connection position and a distant position, the connection position being a position at which the movable terminal connects the positive terminal to the negative terminal, the distant position being a position at which the movable terminal is distant from the positive terminal and the negative terminal. The movable terminal includes a first contact portion connected to the positive terminal, a first portion extending away from the first contact portion, a second contact portion connected to the negative terminal, a second portion extending away from the second contact portion, and a connecting portion connecting the first portion to the second portion. The first portion and the second portion are disposed to be opposed to each other.

Switching device whose stationary contact is provided with test terminal

A switching device including: a body which has a first side wall and a first end wall, the first side wall being perpendicular in relation to a longitudinal direction, and the first end wall is substantially perpendicular to the first side wall; and a first fixed contact comprising an inner section and an outer section, the inner section having a thickness dimension, the outer section protrudes from the first side wall in the longitudinal direction. The first fixed contact includes a test terminal which is integral to the inner section and protrudes from the inner section in a lateral direction, which is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and an end wall plane defined by the first end wall, the test terminal having a substantially planar test terminal surface, and the test terminal has a thickness dimension which is parallel to the thickness dimension of the inner section, the thickness dimension of the test terminal is substantially smaller than the thickness dimension of the inner section, the test terminal is accessible from outside the body from the direction of the first end wall, and the test terminal is adapted to be connected to a female connector.

Method for sealed fuse holder with ISO micro relay

A novel electrical box to house one or more ISO micro relays, is adapted to support IP67 and IP69K Ingress Protection ratings. The housing of the electrical box is molded with blade sockets that correspond to blade positions of the ISO micro relay. The housing is also molded with terminal seats and cylindrical openings which vary, depending on the blade socket, enabling terminals of different sizes, orientations, and positions relative to the respective blades, to be easily inserted into the back of the housing. The resulting position of the terminals ensures that electrical connections to the ISO micro relay are made and ingress protection of components inside the electrical box is ensured.
