Drug for Treating Cancer, Combination Drug, Drug Composition, Immune Responsive Cell, Nucleic Acid Delivery Vehicle, and Product
An exemplary combination drug includes (a1) an immunoresponsive cell expressing interleukine-7, CCL19, and a cell surface molecule that specifically recognizes a cancer antigen or (a2) one or more kinds of cells, one or more kinds of nucleic acid delivery vehicles, or a combination thereof, which cooperatively include a nucleic acid encoding interleukine-7 and a nucleic acid encoding CCL19; and (b) an immunosuppression inhibitor, and the drug is for use in treatment of a cancer in a subject. An exemplary immunoresponsive cell expresses interleukin-7, CCL19, an immunosuppression inhibiting polypeptide, and a cell surface molecule that specifically recognizes a cancer antigen.
MULTI-TARGETING EFFECTOR CELLS AND USE THEREOF
Provided are methods and compositions for obtaining functionally enhanced derivative effector cells obtained from directed differentiation of genomically engineered iPSCs. The derivative cells provided herein have stable and functional genome editing that delivers improved or enhanced therapeutic effects. Also provided are therapeutic compositions and the used thereof comprising the functionally enhanced derivative effector cells alone, or with antibodies or checkpoint inhibitors in combination therapies.

ANTIBODIES BINDING IGC2 OF IGSF11 (VSIG3) AND USES THEREOF
The invention is based on the surprising finding of antibodies that bind to an immunoglobulin-like (Ig) domain of the extra cellular domain (ECD) of IGSF11 (VSIG3) can also inhibit the interaction between IGSF11 and IGSF11 receptors such as VSIR (VISTA), the inhibition of such interaction can sensitise tumour cells to anti-tumour immune responses. In particular, the invention provides products, compositions and methods for treating diseases using modulators of IGSF11, especially antigen binding proteins targeting an Ig domain of IGSF11-ECD, including those being inhibitors of IGSF11-interaction with VSIR. Also provided are methods of sensitising cells involved with a proliferative disorder against the cytotoxic effect of cell-mediated immune responses, and/or to kill such cells and/or methods for treating proliferative diseases, using an IGSF11 inhibitor such as an antibody binding to an Ig domain of IGSF11-ECD, as well as certain related aspects including detection, diagnostic and screening methods.

Anti-CD39 Antibody Compositions and Methods
The invention provides anti-CD39 antibody compositions and their use in treating cancer. In some embodiments, an isolated anti-CD39 antibody is provided. Such an isolated anti-CD39 antibody binds to human CD39, wherein the antibody is optionally fully human or humanized. In some embodiments, the disclosure provides a method of enhancing, increasing and/or sustaining an anti-tumor immune response in a subject comprising administering the antibody or composition described herein to a subject having a tumor.
Methods of treating skin cancer by administering a PD-1 inhibitor
The present invention provides methods for treating, reducing the severity, or inhibiting the growth of cancer (e.g., skin cancer). The methods of the present invention comprise administering to a subject in need thereof a therapeutically effective amount of a programmed death 1 (PD-1) antagonist (e.g., an anti-PD-1 antibody). In certain embodiments, the skin cancer is cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma or basal cell carcinoma.
