Electromechanical relay with data collection cover
An electromechanical relay is provided with a housing, a relay assembly within the housing, and a data collection cover enclosing the relay assembly within the housing. The data collection cover includes sensing members that extend in toward the relay assembly and engage disconnect switches of the relay assembly. The sensing members transmit analog signals to an analog-to-digital converter that converts analog signals to digital signals. The cover then stores, displays and/or communicates the digital information.

RELAY
A relay, including a first fixed contact, a second fixed contact, a movable contact piece having first and second movable contacts, a contact piece holding unit configured to hold the movable contact piece, a magnet for arc extinguishing, and a debris suction unit configured to exert a magnetic force to suck debris, is disclosed. A first contact position between the first fixed contact and the first movable contact is located between the magnet for arc extinguishing and the contact piece holding unit in a longitudinal direction of the movable contact piece. The debris suction unit is disposed so that the first contact position does not overlap a region between the debris suction unit and the contact piece holding unit. A magnet force exerted by the debris suction unit in the contact piece holding unit is larger than a magnetic force exerted by the magnet in the contact piece holding unit.

ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAY
A first fixed terminal includes a first support portion and a first extending portion. The first support portion is located in a closing direction with respect to a movable contact piece. The first support portion supports a first fixed contact. The first support portion extends from the first fixed contact in a first lateral direction. The first lateral direction is one direction in a longitudinal direction of the movable contact piece. The first extending portion is connected to the first support portion. The first extending portion extends in the closing direction from the first support portion. The first extending portion is disposed apart from the movable contact piece in the first lateral direction.

CONTACT MODULE, CONTACT DEVICE, ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAY MODULE, AND ELECTRICAL DEVICE
A contact module includes a pair of contact devices, each of which includes a fixed terminal and a moving contactor. The moving contactor moves from a closed position where the moving contact is in contact with the fixed contact to an open position where the moving contact is out of contact with the fixed contact, and vice versa. One moving contactor generates, when energized, a magnetic field that applies force to the other moving contactor in a direction from the open position of the other moving contactor toward the closed position of the other moving contactor. The other moving contactor generates, when energized, a magnetic field that applies force to the one moving contactor in a direction from the open position of the one moving contactor toward the closed position of the one moving contactor.
