An electromagnetic relay includes a casing, a coil set, a rotating bridge, first and second extension arm, first and second switch conductive plate assemblies, and first and second gripper modules. The novel design of the rotating bridge allows the first and second switch conductive plate assemblies to have synchronous contact or disconnection and provide sufficient and appropriate force to a first movable contact and a first fixed contact of the first switch conductive plate assembly and a second movable contact and a second fixed contact of the second switch conductive plate assembly to achieve a stable conduction and ensure a reliable separation for a disconnection, so as to achieve the effects of reducing the excessive change of resistance during operation, preventing high temperature caused by incomplete contacts, and improve application performance.

Contact device

The fixed contact member includes a fixed contact. The movable contact member includes a movable contact and is movable between a position where the movable contact is in contact with the fixed contact and a position where the movable contact is away from the fixed contact. The permanent magnet forms a magnetic field around the fixed contact. The case is for accommodating at least the fixed contact member and the movable contact member. Further, the case includes an accommodation part which is partitioned from an internal space of the case and is for accommodating the permanent magnet through an opening thereof directed to an outside of the case.

Provided is a relay, with which an insulation distance can be maintained while preventing an increase in size of the relay. The relay has a coil, an iron core, an armature which moves by excitation of the coil, a contact terminal which displaces in accordance with the movement of the armature, a pressing member which is attached to the armature and which presses the contact terminal, and a base block having a wall arranged between a first area in which the coil and the iron core are arranged, and a second area in which the contact terminal and the pressing member are arranged, wherein the armature comprises a first portion arranged in the first area and a second portion extending from the first portion and arranged in the second area, and the pressing member is affixed to the second portion.

Spring Member For An Electric Switching Device Such As A Cradle Relay

A spring for an electric switch comprises a base portion, a contact section, and a return spring section. The base portion forms a proximal end of the spring. The contact section extends from the base portion to a distal end of the spring opposite the proximal end. The contact section has a contact member. The return spring section extends from the base portion alongside the contact section.

Switch and associated methods

The present invention is related to a switching device having a contactor and an actuator. The contactor has at least a first contactor member and a second contactor member. The actuator is configured to actuate the contactor. At least one of the contactor members has a varying or variable thickness along its length such that the at least one of the contactor members has a relatively thick portion and a relatively thin portion.

Electrical relay device

An electrical relay device includes a housing extending between a closed end and an open end defining a chamber. The closed end of the housing faces and is mounted to a circuit board. A driver is received in the chamber and is electrically connected to a relay power source. The driver includes a coil and coil terminals terminated to the circuit board. A switch member is positioned in the chamber and moves between a first position and a second position. The switch member includes a movable relay contact. A cover is coupled to the housing at the open end. The cover holds the coil with the movable relay contact positioned between the coil and the closed end of the housing facing the circuit board.
