The present invention relates to a technology that monitors a normal operation state through whether the flow of minute current is maintained in real time when a latch relay is turned on and allows the latch relay to be forcibly turned off through current prestored in a supercapacitor when an off operation of the latch relay is not normally performed.

MAGNETIC REED SWITCH ASSEMBLY AND METHOD
20210217569 · 2021-07-15 ·

A magnet reed switch assembly. The magnetic reed switch assembly includes a reed switch having a body and a pair of electrical contacts disposed in the body. A ring magnet has a bore, and a portion of the body of the reed switch is disposed within the bore, with the ring magnet positioned close to the pair of electrical contacts. The ring magnet is movable along the axis of the body between a first position and a second position. A plunger includes a proximal end coupled to the ring magnet and a distal end having a sensing magnet. When a ferrous target is disposed near the sensing magnet, the plunger moves toward the ferrous target causing the ring magnet to move from the first position to the second position, and the reed switch to move from an open state to a closed state.

REED SWITCH ASSEMBLY HAVING A CUSTOMIZABLE LENGTH OF ACTIVATION
20200251296 · 2020-08-06 · ·

A reed switch assembly having a customizable length of activation is disclosed. One embodiment of the reed switch assembly may comprise a reed switch comprising a first reed contact, a second reed contact, a reed switch body enclosing the first reed contact and the second reed contact, and a bias magnet. The bias magnet may be positioned a certain distance away from the reed switch body to close the reed switch by a magnetic field. The reed switch assembly may further comprise a diversion blade that is configured to move in and out of a space between the reed switch body and the bias magnet. The diversion blade positioned in the space may open the reed switch by diverting the magnetic field applied by the bias magnet.

Wire for reed switch, reed piece for reed switch, and reed switch

There is provided a wire for a reed switch used for a material of a reed piece comprised by a reed switch, the wire being composed of an iron-group alloy containing Fe and 0 mass % or more and less than 10 mass % of Ni, with a total content of the Fe and the Ni satisfying 10 mass % or more and less than 20 mass %, with a balance of Co and an impurity, the iron-group alloy having a cubic crystal structure, the wire having a Curie temperature of 900 C. or higher and a specific resistance of 15 .Math.cm or less at normal temperature, a ratio of a thermal expansion coefficient of a glass tube comprised by the reed switch to a thermal expansion coefficient of the wire for the reed switch being 90% or more, the wire having a diameter of 1 mm or less.

Electromagnetic relay

An electromagnetic relay according to an aspect of the present disclosure includes a housing including a base part on which an electromagnetic relay main body is mounted, and a cover part covering the electromagnetic relay main body, in which the housing is in a sealed state when a pressure inside the housing is equal to or lower than a predetermined pressure, in which when the pressure inside the housing is equal to or lower than the predetermined pressure, the cover part and the base part are butted against each other, and the electromagnetic relay includes a connection passage connecting an abutment part between the cover part and the base part to outside of the electromagnetic relay.

A movable spring plate structure for defining an open or closed state with respect to a fixed contact includes a rigid spring plate contact portion, a soft spring plate warp portion, a soft spring plate force-applying portion and a movable contact. The soft spring plate warp portion is coupled to the rigid spring plate contact portion, and a first deformation gap is formed between the rigid and soft spring plate contact portions. The rigid spring plate contact portion is harder than the soft spring plate warp portion. The soft spring plate force-applying portion is disposed at the soft spring plate warp portion, and the movable contact is disposed at the rigid spring plate contact portion. A force applied to the soft spring plate force-applying portion drives the movable and fixed contacts into a closed state.
