Anti-CD25 for tumour specific cell depletion
The present disclosure provides antibody sequences found in antibodies that bind to human CD25, in particular an anti CD25-a-634 antibody which do not block the binding of CD25 to IL-2 or IL-2 signalling. Antibodies and antigen-binding portions thereof including such sequences can be used in pharmaceutical compositions and methods of treatment, in particular for treating cancer.
Anti-CD25 antibody agents
The present disclosure provides antibody sequences found in antibodies that bind to human CD25. In particular, the present disclosure provides sequences of anti-human CD25 antibodies, which do not block the binding of CD25 to IL-2 or IL-2 signalling. Antibodies and antigen-binding portions thereof including such sequences can be used in pharmaceutical composition and methods of treatment, in particular for treating cancer.
ANTI-LAG3 ANTIBODIES AND ANTIGEN-BINDING FRAGMENTS
The present invention includes antibodies and antigen-binding fragments thereof that specifically bind to human or cynomolgous monkey LAG3 as well as immunoglobulin chains thereof and polynucleotides encoding the same along with injection devices comprising such antibodies or fragments. Vaccines including such antibodies and fragments as well as compositions comprising the antibodies and fragments (e.g., including anti-PD1 antibodies) are included in the invention. Methods for treating or preventing cancer or infection using such compositions are also provided. In addition, methods for recombinant expression of the antibodies and fragments are part of the present invention.
ANTI-PACAP ANTIBODIES AND USES THEREOF
The present invention is directed to antagonistic antibodies and antigen binding fragments thereof having binding specificity for PACAP. These antibodies inhibit, block or neutralize at least one biological effect associated with PACAP, e.g., vasodilation. In exemplary embodiments these antibodies and antigen binding fragments thereof may comprise specific V.sub.H, V.sub.L, and CDR polypeptides described herein. In some embodiments these antibodies and antigen binding fragments thereof bind to and/or compete for binding to specific epitope(s) on human PACAP. The invention is further directed to using these antagonistic anti-PACAP antibodies, and binding fragments thereof, for the diagnosis, assessment, and treatment of diseases and disorders associated with PACAP and conditions where antagonism of PACAP-related activities, such as vasodilation, mast cell degranulation, and/or neuronal activation, are therapeutically beneficial, e.g., headache and migraine indications.
COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS FOR TREATING ECZEMA
Disclosed are compositions, methods of treatment using the compositions and methods of preparing the compositions for the treatment of eczema. The compositions may include propionic acid and/or non-steroidal esters of propionic acid. The compositions may further include a corticosteroid, immunomodulator, antibiotic, antibody, colloidal oatmeal, conditioned media prepared by bacterial fermentation, short chain fatty acids, picolinic acid, or emollient. The method of treatment may include analysis of the skin microbiome.
EXCIPIENT FOR BIOTHERAPEUTICS
The present invention relates to excipients for stabilizing active agents, in particular peptides, polypeptides, nucleic acids, viruses, virus-like particles, proton pump inhibitors and antibiotics. The excipient reduces aggregate and/or particle formation in preparations comprising said agents. The excipient is a diamide of a dicarboxylic acid comprising at least one N—H amido group, at least one unsubstituted or substituted N-hydroxyethylamido group and/or at least one unsubstituted N-hydroxymethylamido group. In particular, the excipient is N,N,N′,N′-tetrakis-(2-hydroxyethyl) adipinic acid amide.
METHODS OF TREATING AUTOIMMUNE AND ALLOIMMUNE DISORDERS
The present disclosure provides methods of treating an alloimmune or autoimmune disorder in an individual; the methods involve administering to the individual an effective amount of an antibody specific for complement component C1s. The present disclosure provides a method of monitoring, the efficacy of a subject treatment method; the method involves detecting the level of autoantibody or alloantibody in a biological sample obtained from the individual.
Conjugates of tumor necrosis factor inhibitors to functionalized polymers
This document relates to conjugates of TNF inhibitors or derivatives thereof and functionalized (e.g., mono- or bi-functional) polymers (e.g., polyethylene glycol and related polymers) as well as methods and materials for making and using such conjugates.
COMBINATION THERAPIES
Provided herein are pharmaceutical compositions comprising a phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase inhibitor, or pharmaceutically acceptable form thereof, in combination with a second agent, or a pharmaceutically acceptable form thereof, wherein the second agent is chosen from one or more of 1) a checkpoint modulator, 2) an XPO1 inhibitor, 3) an anti-CD19 antibody, 4) a TLR agonist, 5) a STING agonist, or 6) a Flt3 ligand, or a combination thereof. Also provided herein are methods of treatment comprising administration of the compositions, and uses of the compositions, e.g., for treatment of cancer.
Anti-TIM-3 antibodies and compositions
This invention relates to anti-TIM-3 antibodies and antibody compositions and their use in enhancing immunity in a patient, e.g., to treat cancer.
