A relay (1) includes a motor (20) and a primary electrical switch assembly (132). Primary electrical switching attachment points (113) are switched by a moveable switching link (101) which is moved in and out of the switch on an switched off position axially by the motor (20) in response to electrical signals delivered to the coil (26) via the flexible leads (32, 33). The switching link (101) includes a mercury reservoir (119). A piezoelectric disk bender (105) displaces mercury to close the gaps between the attachment points (113).

Separating unit with electromagnetic drive

A mechanical circuit breaker unit for interrupting a line includes a contact arrangement and an electromagnetic drive. The contact arrangement has first and second fixed contacts and a guided moving contact. The electromagnetic drive moves the moving contact. The separating unit can assume a first state and a second state. No electric connection exists between the first and second fixed contacts in the first state. The moving contact electrically connects the two fixed contacts to each other in the second state. The separating unit can be transferred from the second state into the first state by moving the moving contact. The second fixed contact has a recess for receiving the moving contact, and the moving contact engages at least partly into the recess when the separating unit is in the first state.

DE-BOUNCING KEYPAD AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

The present invention discloses a de-bouncing keypad and a preparation method thereof, wherein the keypad is composed of a rubber substrate and a metal contact having three layers of layered structures. A layer of tin alloy or lead alloy is plated on a surface of the metal contact by electroplating or chemical plating. The metal contact plated with the tin alloy or lead alloy has excellent contact bouncing resistance and arc-ablation resistance, and the metal contact is further composited with the rubber to shape and prepare the rubber de-bouncing keypad.

METHOD FOR PATTERNING AMORPHOUS ALLOY, AMORPHOUS ALLOY PATTERN STRUCTURE USING THE SAME, DOME SWITCH, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DOME SWITCH

A method for patterning an amorphous alloy is provided. The method includes forming a pattern for defining an amorphous alloy deposition region on a parent material, forming an amorphous alloy deposition layer on the parent material with the pattern formed thereon, and etching a region except for the amorphous alloy deposition region. A dome switch is provided. The dome switch includes a metal layer shaped like a dome, a central portion of which protrudes, and, in response to external force being received through the protruding central portion, the central portion contacting and electrically connected to a circuit board, and an amorphous alloy layer disposed on the metal layer. Accordingly, an amorphous alloy structure with enhanced durability and reliability is easily manufactured.
